If you were to fill out a table for the following casinos what would it look like assuming you only play blackjack (3:2, 6 deck, S17) for 4 hours per day? Just looking for ballpark average bet for ROOM ONLY vs ROOM +$100/DAY vs RFB. I usually swing free rooms (minus resort fee now) with an average bet around $100 and sometimes get a little resort credit thrown in but it can be hit an miss at some of the properties listed. Thanks for any feedback!

    Aria
    Bellagio
    MGM
    Cosmo
    Wynn
    Caesars
    PH
    Venetian

    Cheers and good luck!

are you sure Wynn and VP offer 3:2 S17?

I do not think he knows. I think he is acquiring information to narrow his choices. His criteria is listed not necessarily the casino offerings. I think.

They do, but its usually more than a $100 a hand.

As for the original question, you are probably generating around a hundred bucks a day in comps with the scenario the OP described. So you should be able to get a free room at all those hotels with that play (although some of them may only be free during the week during off-peak months). So if you're also wanting a $100 resort credit, plan on playing eight hours a day or double your average bet. For RFB, start betting purples and yellows, mostly yellows

So if he wants the 100$ resort credit he does 4 more hours at 100$ per? Unless assured he was going to come out even or ahead he might do well to stop at 4 hours of play a just pocket a chip.
Sometimes the end goal can be minimal in contrast to the cost of the pursuit. But that wasn't the original question. OP, please let us know what you actually do and what you earn in comps. Good luck.

I am not stuck on 6D S17 but I don't like to play poor games. If it is 2D H17 or 8D with good rules I will still play. The places listed all have some acceptable games still I think. I usually play mlife properties. I'm mainly trying to decide where I should focus my blackjack play. I had a good year last year and think I can raise my stakes some this year. So my main question really boils down to figuring out what betting levels I need to reach to get some of these perks. And is it worth it? I have my standard deviation tables all filled out and understand what is at risk but feel my "comp city" style of play works well. Thanks again for the responses!

IMO, its not "worth" it. Think about it. Are you really ready to double the time or amounts you play to get a hundred dollar a day resort credit? Stick at your current level and make one less bet per day. boom! There's your hundred bucks to spend on other stuff. I would stick with MGM Grand. Its a tier lower than Aria and Bellagio, so you will likely get more bang for your buck. Plus, I am guessing from your OP that you aren't actually averaging a $100 a bet just yet. You can get the BJ game you're looking for at MGM grand at $50-$100 minimums most of the time. if they are already offering you a free room, I don't think its worth significantly increasing your play to chase the next level of comps. The comps you are trying to get just aren't worth it

My general rule of thumb (certainly not exact, but the most simple way to get an idea of what a casino wants in BJ play) is to see what the minimum bet is in the HL room, and the casino likely wants 4 hours of play per day at that level for a comp room. If you want to figure in more than that then add accordingly. So for your example if you want $100 in FB probably double the time or the bet size. RFB is probably closer to 5x. Certainly not exact, but it's the easiest way to get a ballpark without getting into the details and variables of each property.

so crazy.. I dont bet near that much.. My bank roll per day is $500-$800. I play $25 per hand at CET properties and I never pay for a room ever at any property except NOBU & some weekends at Cromwell. Even booked a room at Bally's one week prior to New Years weekend and it was free. I made Diamond last year so I dont pay resort fees anymore but even when I was Platinum and even Gold I got free rooms often. I play at Mlife Properties too. $25 a hand for hours and they only give me rooms Sun-Thur at Luxor, Monte Carlo, NYNY or MGM. Never on any other properties. Seems like Mlife properties are not as giving as CET properties.

Getting free rooms at CET properties is easy to get with your play, but getting RFB is probably not available until at least $200/bet as other poster are saying.

This is True! RFB is very hard to get at CET properties.

I love the CET Concept.. Seriously, i go to Vegas once a month always stay free. traveled to NOLA two weeks ago and stayed free for two days at Harrahs and went to Biloxi and stayed free there too. Last year went to Kansas City and stayed free there too. I love Harrahs. Going to Atlantic City in March only to stay free.

I agree with UK even though I am not such a roller. Yellow or higher.
For Wynn, Bellagio/Aria, RFB are for those ADT in the $5000 bracket.
For $1000/hand BJ, the theo is about $500 per hour. You get the math.

Thanks for the info! I put PH on the list as an option because I enjoy it there. I prefer the high end places but would consider other strip properties. Prefer less smokey environments, good food, and eye candy! Off the subject but, I will be out there for the Super Bowl and have been able to swing tickets to the Aria big game party in the past. Mainly due to a friend that racks up a lot of points there. So far, no luck this year and places I have called are filling up. Anyone have a recommendation? Did Diablo's in the past and it was fun but fully booked now. So are many other places. Only 8 more days!
