On our very first trip in 2010 - looking down the Strip from the Eiffel Tower



Someone had managed to get pointing the wrong way on the I15 at the back of Excalibur. I love how the biker is like 'How the hell....?' Taken from our hotel room at Excal.

 

I have a version of this shot taken on a cloudy day among my pics from our 2015 family trip.

Couldn't resist one more. Boston at Downtown Events Center. The sound was a lot better live

 

No matter how many photo's of Vegas I see, there is always one I don't need to see!!

Lovegas95's photo of the Mandalay Bay inspired me to find this photo of Harrah's that I took a couple of years ago.

 

Tons of great pics in this thread, kudos to whoever started it and hopefully it lives on for a long time!

 

Pretty sure that Super Bowl is ten years away still. LOL

 

2 cent Machine 80 cents bet Caesars

 

Went to add one and ended up with a few more Most are self-explanatory. Ones that might need explaining... 2nd one is Mt Charleston Fire a few years ago. Crowd shot is how the Blvd looks New Years Eve. After that one is a couple shots of Paris Super Bowl party (since that time of year). Thrown in just some favorite views and my drool shot of in and out. Got home just 6 days ago and leave in 2 weeks for the SuperBowl. Quickest turn around Vegas trips ever but got one of those can't pass up deals. Man are we crossing fingers for our Packers!!! Was there for the 2011 XLV win and was best Vegas trip ever. Need it again. Go Pack Go.

 

That photo kinda threw me too. It took me more than a few seconds to figure out it was looking west on Flamingo.

 

Sept 2016 40th Wedding Anniversary

 

That wall of rooms at Harrah's is incredible. I have one sort of the same angle but no where near as good or centered. That's a great shot.

I really enjoy architecture, especially Vegas hotels. I like the non glass shell buildings like Harrah's, unlike City Center which to me is one huge reflection, it's a nice piece of design art and new materials though.
