Airport to downtown cheapest for 5 people

What is the cheapest transportation from the airport to the downtown casino hotels for 5 people.

 

That WAX bus is likely cheaper, but an UberXL would be faster/cleaner and cheap split five ways.

 

WAX bus but with 5 of you you may as well split a cab, just dont get tunnelled.

 

Uber XL holds 6 people. If they have Lyft Select it also is big enough for 6. Cheapest would be WAX bus $2 each ($1 for over 60)

 

you guys are all wrong. the cheapest would be to walk. lol

but seriously uber xl will be your best bet, split 5 ways it would cost each person around 8 bucks, less if you are a first time user and have a promo code

 

The above options assume you are all on the same flight of course. Have fun!

 

Not when you factor in the ambulance ride when people start dropping halfway halfway through.

We used UberXL a couple of times during our last trip, 3 of us. I'm not sure 5 people with luggage would fit. It would require three rows of seating for the people which wouldn't leave much room in the back for luggage.

Seriously - the WAX or a limo would the only options I'd use.
WAX would run the group $10 total. Drop-off is 20 steps from 'theD'.
Limo? That'll run the group $70+tip ($15)... so, $17 each.
One other thing you could try is to ask the Bell folks outside of baggage-claim if they'll give y'all a downtown shuttle...no strip stops.
They make $50 & y'all get there for $10 each... but an SUV/mini-van cab will run about that as well, so you have options.

WAX, hands down, is the cheapest way to do this... and it's not bad at all!

I think its crazy (again this is just me) if you do not consider UBER or LYFT. If none of you have ever used it, youll be entitled to several free rides.

Ohhh and youll be downtown in 15 minutes...
