Which CET hotel has the best free gym for diamonds?

Since I am diamond now I am planing on using a CET gym a couple times during my next trip while not acutally staying in a hotel.

I heard that Ceasars will still charge you even if you are diamond, is that true? If so, whats the "best of the rest"? I have been in the PHo gym before and was not very impressed to say the least, very old and uninspiring.

Oh and another thing, do they swipe your card like at the diamond lounges? what I mean is: does usind the gym trigger a gaming day?

 

Isn't the gym part of the resort fees that anyone can use?

i've only stayed at Caesars since i've been Diamond ... and they do charge for gym use since Diamond members do not pay the resort fee

the other hotel gyms give free gym use to Diamond members?

 

Caesars must just charge like I heard they do for the spa (which makes sense because every CET gym I've been into in Vegas had been at the spa).

They changed what the policy you are thinking of: until 2016, if you got resort fees comped you didn't get the resort fee benefits like the free slower internet and gym Access. Starting last year, they changed the policy so that you now got the amenities that the resort fees offer even if you are comped.

I thought the pH gym was okay but every elliptical was busted. All the gyms have about the same stuff though I noticed the Linq gym had more modern cardio equipment with individual screens on them. I think the Rio gym is the one I remembered feeling cramoed.

I have only used the gyms at Linq, Bally's and PH.

Gym and Spa are comped for Diamond at Ballys and Paris. Paris fitness center is bigger and spa is about same size as Ballys. Warning for men. Locker room at spa at Paris is not 100% private. 8-10 men's lockers are in full view of coed waiting room ( unless it's been fixed in the past 4 months)!!
