How many trips planned for Vegas in 2017?

hopefully one near the end of the year coz i want to see a nhl game. well thats my excuse.. LOL

 

One in June for me. Remote possibility of another in the fall. I don't go as much as I used to.

 

We came back on the 2nd of January and just booked a weekend for early March at the Four Queens. October is secured where we always stay at the South Point. Will see what offers come from MGM and then we decide when we go in summer.

 

2 already booked, probably 2 more after those 2, summer and fall.

 

Wish we could afford to come more often, but once a year is our limit and lucky to be able to do that with the Canadian dollar the way it is and the cost of air coming down from Canada, it is really expensive for us.

 

Three booked, Jan feb and march. Don't expect I'll make it 12 times this year though, unless I can guise it under the hunt for airline status. Maybe 5 trips total; let's make Q1 count!

 

It's never been that bad from the UK for $$, but we've been hit by Brexit, and are down almost 50cents on the 2014 exchange rates

 

Planned?
There was one in June, but vet bills negated that one.
Depending on how things shake out, there could be short (3-day) later on.

I have one trip booked in mid-May (golf trip with the guys) and staying 6 nights at MGM Grand. I'm currently planning a 2nd trip with the wife in early October and we'll definitely be staying at Aria (her favorite).

 

2017 Diamond Farewell Tour - Horseshoe Clev gone where we got most of points. Probably do 5 trips. Jan, St Pats, Memorial and Labor Day and a Nov trip. Gotta get most of Diamond before gone.

 

No trips planned, most of my trips are ad hoc so I rarely plan for it. Last year I managed 3 trips (Apr, Oct, Dec), probably do at least 1 this year.

 

Nothing planned and truthfully not even sure we are going to make it to Vegas this year. BR took a hit last trip and other parts of life are catching up with us such as home improvements and updates. Also have family to visit. It is only January though so things could change.

 

Sticking with two as that seems about right.
It may be another year or two but after we get a few things situated we will probably increase to 3.

 

Currently have one in mid Feb for my brother's birthday, and another in mid June for Roger Waters.

Always do opening weekend of the tourney, but might skip that this year and do Tahoe in early April. One or the other for sure.

Will do at least two (probably three) during the second half of the year.

 

I'm teasing on 8, but I'm thinking 4 for you. I wouldn't put it past us to do 3...and yes, if we're ever there at the same time...Diablo's it is! Though, the question is, can Diablo's handle BOTH of us at the same time? Double trouble for Diablo's!!!!

 

3 for me this year. I usually do 4, but I just bought a new (used) car and had to put some money into it, so I had to penalize myself 1 Vegas trip to take care of it

Going 1st week of March, 1st week of August and Xmas. Those two big gaps March-August and August-December are going to be painful.

My normal frequency is 3 times a year, but April is an added quickie this year.

 

There is some serious irony for us in that absence has not made the heart grow fonder. Being in Vegas makes us want to get back to Vegas, but when time lapses, we chill and think about other places. I guess maybe that happens with other locales we love; when it is immediately in your brain it is in your blood, so to say. We get off the plane from Lihue or Calgary or Auckland and we feel we cannot plan a return quickly enough ... until some time goes by. Gawd I do miss the EZ drive over there, though.

 

4 this year. end of march, first of may, middle of august and middle of October. if all goes well that is. I have some nagging health issues that came to a head back in October while I was in vegas. I am hoping to be "out of the woods" after February.
