Could be the most spontaneous I have ever been. Bought SWA airfare and ripoff Ticketmaster tickets to Sunday's Cowboys vs. Packers game.

Air= $660 for 1, I now have companion status for my wife. No get away fares available.
Game tickets $800 in nosebleed seats.

Fortunately, my wife has a sister and nieces and nephews in the Dallas area so we don't need a car or hotel.

Woohoo, look at me. Mister spur of the moment.

Joe go early as is possible and take it all in. Hopefully your seats are oriented to the big screen so you can turn those tiny players into recognizable faces.
Eat large before going as food prices will make your ticket prices seem fair. And please--do not equate the drunken cowboy fan with the average Texan.
    Have a great trip.

Seeing the game in Dallas sure beats 9 degrees with a light wind in the evening like last night. Go for it and enjoy.

Way to go Joe. You won't regret it.

After game 6 of the NBA finals I looked at flights to San Fran. Your flight was similar to mine in cost, but I couldn't pull the trigger. I am mad at myself for not buying those tickets. That would have been incredible.

I woke up Sunday morning with game 5 of the WS only a short 5.5 hour drive away. I called around for about 2 hours trying to find someone to go with me, kids and life got in the way for everyone else. I drove solo. Even though my Tribe lost 3 in a row, it was an experience I will never forget. Have a great time.

    Right-On Joe... GOOD FOR YOU!!!

I'm NO Packers and especially not an Aaron Rodgers fan, but I must admit, there's something kinda magical going on there of late. He deserves this year's MVP and I honestly think the Packers have a decent shot to take out the Cowboys. Should be a great time... ENJOY!!!

Your decision kinda goes along with this:
