are they up and going on the mlife system yet?

 

They weren't when I was there on 12/26.

 

I was there 30-31 DEC and they weren't merged yet. I'll be there again from 19-20 JAN and will ask for an update.

 

I don't think it's happening for a while. Probably easiest for them is when their year resets in October, but they already started issuing MLife card numbers last year.

 

I was in Vegas at the tail end of Sept. I was already Gold at the time but since this was my 1st trip to an MGM casino in a year I was about to expire and drop to Pearl for the points I earned over the 48 hours I was at Luxor.

I went to the players club desk with my Black Label card, that doesn't expire until April of 2017 to make sure they matched me up to Gold like the email they sent said.

The dink at the players club booth said I was all set and printed me out a new set of cards. But those cards still showed 10/2016 as an expatriation date. He said not to worry the info is in the system and if I printed my cards out after Oct, when everything resets, it will show I'm still Gold. As of right now their website has me at Pearl. That liar.

So they still havent gotten their systems to talk yet. My host at the Borg doesn't think anything will happen until late Q2. I'm still sent offers direct from the Borg.

 

I popped in there last week for a few mins, asked and was told, not yet but will be in 2017 ( kind of a vague answer with no precise time).

 

I did the opposite match. I went Borgata last month to rematch and now my Borgata black label expires December 2017 (if it still exists then) even though my Mlife gold will expire in October (unless I reach again)
I didn't have a current Mlife card and they couldn't lookup my Mlife status but they were willing to accept me showing them I was gold on the Mlife site.

 

Will Borgata still upgrade your card if you have a CZR diamond card?
Will Borgata still offer the $10comp buffet to customers?

 

As of October, yes and yes. Pretty sure that's still the case.

 

My error...I should have stated, after Borgata switches their cards to MGM's Mlife cards will these questions still hold true?

 

Kind of unrelated, but this article suggests craps odds at the Borgata have been changed from straight 5x to 3-4-5x.

Looks like the conversion is going down next month. I was there this past weekend and spoke to a few dealers and they pretty much confirmed it.

Any updates on the borgata conversion to mlife? I'd like to earn mlife tier credits on my borgata trip next month.

Looks like June 6th, from a now deleted page in their site. Even when you pull up myVegas rewards, they all expire June 5th.

The conversion is definitely happening as of June 6th. I spoke to a few people at their players card desk and they told me they are being trained on the new system in May and everything goes into effect as of June 6th. It will be interesting to see the cards are converted since they have 3 levels and Mlife has 5. I have a feeling there are going to be some unhappy Black Card holders if they no longer have access to the Amphora Lounge (it is like CET's Diamond Lounge but much better).

 

Is anyone else no longer able to log into the website? When I try to log in today, I get an error message saying to call some phone number.

 

I'm in My Borgata Rewards now... No issues.

 

They are transitioning the system. It should be back up later or tomorrow.
