    My Trip Report

I got an offer from IP Biloxi and it got me wondering: How to get there?

I see that you can get to Gulfport Airport but from here, no one goes there direct. It looks like a fare to New Orleans would be half the cost but is there a way to get from New Orleans to Biloxi without renting a car?

most people fly to new orleans and rent a car to drive to biloxi, its not a long ride but not short either...a cab or uber will cost a fortune... dont know of any shuttles that make that run...renting the car will be the cheapest and best option...they have many casinos all along the coast but not much else so the rental would be perfect to check the other places out

If you are coming from the Chicago area I wouldn't bother paying the fee to get to the IP. Not one of Biloxi's best casino hotels.

IP is okay. Beau Rivage is great.

It is a 90 minute drive from New Orleans to Biloxi, so if you fly into NO rent a car. And it nice to have one to get around Biloxi. As far as the IP is concerned I like staying and playing there and I think they gave a good selection of food options the steakhouse is good and there cafe/diner is good. They have a good snack bar, a Chinese and Italian restaurant and a buffet. Is it the nicest casino no the Beau Rivage where we usually stay is nicer and they fly us down on junkets (for almost free) so we play mainly there but I really like the IP. The table limits are a little lower and I think they have a good selection of slots(my wife says).

    New Orleans.
    Rent car.
IP is just fine, but yes, pales in comparison to the Beau. BUT, you have your CAR now to drive over to the Beau whenever you want to.

It's any easy ride from the airport to Biloxi and you should have a car there to get around. You hop on the I-10 at the rental car place and go right to Biloxi.
