If we weren't cretinous , addicted malcontents we would not put up for a minute with the way Vegas treats us. Since we are so stupid I suggest we unionize and insist on better treatment. I await volunteers with bated breath.

Of all the possibilities I've read, this one about a bad card/magnetic strip issue makes sense since there were several days and different tables involved.

Sorry, @rycelover that this happened in the manner it did, frustating for sure. hopefully future play is tracked better by casino and maybe pitch your existing card and start with a fresh one just in case.

I suspect he never actually checked the tapes (or whatever they use to record with nowadays).

Well, I don't play at either Hard Rock or TI due to mis-rating, but I do take their free rooms on occasion.

It happens a lot it seems.

There is no way he checked the tapes because he would have seen you in HL room for 2 sessions/4 hours on first day,, he politely brushed you off imo

I asked about my friend's rating and one of the hosts said "XX also only played 2 hours for the trip".

Which makes me think that it was the update to the computer system.

In fact, while that was going on (the morning hours on Monday, before I left), I had to pay for a meal at Grand Luxe with cash because they couldn't even do a room charge at that time.

I would tend to agree, but I can only take him at his word and I like to believe that people in this world are generally good and well-intentioned.

Can't believe how you were treated; take your high-rolling business elsewhere is what I would do!

Outside of a casino, I would agree with you.

I'm so sorry Ryc, I am genuinely disapointed and frustrated for you. I "play" slots ("play" because it's something I just enjoy for a vacation, versus expecting a big win), and I'm always shuddering at how table players seem to have to fight such an uphill battle. MUCH bigger bets required, lower comps in return, and it's not as easy to "check" if play is being accurately recorded. (You have to bug someone, whereas on slots, we can check the machine at any time.)

I agree with JeJas...for any person who truly loves to play in Vegas, 2 hours over 3 days would be close to a physical impossibility, unless budget required it.

I'm hoping 2017, and your next trip, is as exciting and fun as this one was disapointing!

    Wow Ryce,
It's amazing with all the digital facial recognition, and the tracking algorithms they use on players,
pulling vid, is/would be a routine thing to do.

My Conclusion, you must have won!

    Short Comping in Las Vegas,
    it's the new Red!
