Slots Slot tournaments

We are heading to Vegas from the UK in February, haven't been back for over 3 years!

I really fancy having a go in a slot tournament but I can't seem to find much on any property's website about whether they have one and what the entry fee is.

Only looking to have some fun, not win $$$$$$$$'s! Any suggestions please for Strip or Downtown?

Main Street Station does some daily ones based on your point play. I only played once....the final is at 5 p.m. I believe

Are there any that you can just pay to enter so that you don't have to spend a lot of time racking up points prior?

MSS is under $20 for a slot tourney. All money goes to top three

 

Orleans and Gold Coast do a lot of slot tourneys - I get invites all the time...some with room offers and free entry and others you pay $99 for three nights and entry fee. I went in my first one in October - going in another one in January. They're a lot of fun!

I believe there are several places on the strip that have weekday daily slot tournaments - usually based on earning xxx points on your players card, fairly easy to earn.
Harrah's (Caesar's/CET) is one - below are 2 screen shots I made from harrah's las vegas website.
Wynn/Encore has them from time to time, also Venetian/Palazzo - need to earn xxx points to play.
Downtown Main Street Station has daily tournaments.
Station Casinos (off strip/local) often have a free tournament one day a week for 50+ card members - some don't require you to earn points - the information for each property can be found on the respective website usually in the casino/slots/calendar or events sections.
I believe Silverton and South Point (off strip) have tournaments - website should have details

777 Slot Tournament
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Sessions Times 10am • 12pm • 2pm • 4pm
Earn 2,500 pts or $10 Cash = 1 entry per session
