Spinetti's is downtown. Head south from Plaza on Main Street for about six or seven blocks. It is behind the Gambler's General Bookstore. I would cab or Uber it over there as the neighborhood is a little bit sketchy but nothing horrible. From the GN its about $5. The two guys that run the shop are great and will take their time with you. Enjoy!!!

Great report. I love any report that post pics of things other than food. Ya know, as trashy as Circus Circus is, I loved seeing the pic, only because it brought back memories of when we use to stay down at the Stardust and that end of the strip back in the good ol days (90s)

 

I too have some good memories of Circus Circus from back in the day. Back in the 80s, and like you in the 90s, I would spend a lot of time in there playing BJ. Its hard to believe it now but at one time the north end of the strip was a helluva lot of fun with the DI, Riv, Sahara, Frontier, Stardust, Westward Ho, Slots of Fun, Circus Circus and even Vegas World (to some extent).

To piggyback on mike's comment about the triple George, just left there impressed with menu, atmosphere, service. A all around first class operation and will be back superbowl weekend

 

I have good memories of Circus Circus from the very recent past. Unfortunately, all of those fond memories are of The Steakhouse.

Great pics and thanks for sharing your TR! I concur and am totally an Uber user and fan. I travel a lot to various cities and really haven't had a bad experience. Quick, no lines, and the cars are clean and the drivers actually speak to you. I have stayed at the rooms at the GN Rush Tower (albeit a few years ago now) and they are as nice as any rooms on the strip IMHO. Thanks again.

I could have sworn that this was one of Willie Bank's lines from "Ocean's 13" but I just watched it again on HBO and didn't come across it. My bad.......
