Do you use the coffee maker in the room? I was wondering if any of you bring your own coffee or just use the coffee provided?

Me personally I just use the coffee provided and am not afraid to use the coffee machines.

I always use the coffee machine.....only thing that gets me is if I don't have my glasses on and make decaf.

What's the point of decaf ? :snore:

Every trip I plan to bring instant coffee or a pot, and ever trip I forget.

Id totally use a room coffee pot (would just give the carafe a quick clean), I just never have one.

My goal for this trio is to remember SOMETHING coffee, as I am always groggy in the morning. I need the coffee to get OUT of the room, not leave the room to get coffee!!!!:bang::bang::bang:

P.s. not complaning about no coffee pot in room, just annoyed I keep forgetting my work around!

I do need coffee to get started in the morning, and I don't want to have to be presentable to get it.

About 4 years ago I bought the same model Keurig they have at Caesars Palace, for about $60. It's a little bit of a pain lugging it, but it fits in a suitcase and I fly Southwest most of the time so it doesn't cost me extra.

It seems like more hotels have actually started adding machines of one type or another over the past couple of years.

Yeh. They figured out that people will use the pods for about $2-4 a cup.

Hey, anybody been long hauled from the airport to the Strip via THE TUNNEL?

How much should I tip the cocktail waitress?

Anybody use the monorail? A lot of people say it's too far to walk to, outdated and unfinished.

How about that 6:5 Blackjack? It sucks.

What should you do if your room keycard doesn't work?

I would like to know the exact location of every Lobstermania machine in the greater Las Vegas area. Does anyone know this?

Is it possible to upgrade a comped night to a suite if I give the desk clerk $20?

What is the best dinner buffet for under $20 per person?

Should I take a family of 6 to see Blue Man Group?

Legit question...Did bring my own for a couple stays at the Rio but Keurig denied last trip so the pack of cups is still in the suitcase.
Orleans and GoldCoast coffee makers still work for me and as always I tell housekeeping with tip in hand no service today or tomorrow for that matter, just give me a load of coffee..
I cancelled a comp night at the Rio and stayed at the Orleans final night cause of this..Hate having to go downstairs for over-priced starbucks, wait in line or wait for them to open before taking a shower and getting presentable.I'd pay a room charge for one if/when it comes down to it.
Just a thought the coffee people should go downstairs and wait in the starbucks line with just an undone bathrobe on and everything hanging out.
See how the hotel likes that..GVR especially..half-mile walk from room to starbucks.. JK but maybe not next trip..;)

Used to use it but then stopped after reading a few threads here. o_O
Brought my AeroPress once before but just not the same.
Hard to find a good cup of coffee so I usually stick with energy drinks when in Vegas.
