    Do you use the robe?
Do they wash them or just refold them and hang them back up for the next people?
Do you get to keep them or get charged if they leave the room with you?

When I was 18 we went on our first road trip to see a NHL game with a nephew of one of the players. They set us up in a nice hotel.
I of course had the robe on which was for sale for $200 over top of my clothes and drinking a beer when the bell hop came back to drop something off to the room.

When we got home from the game that night the robes were all gone from the room.

Probably best for everyone concerned. :D

And do they REALLY change the sheets when we check out?!?

We were at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort last week. Love those robes.

I always laugh when I see a couple using the Bellagio robes at the pool. Oh, you didn't pack something to wear over your bathing suit? It is rarely more than one couple wearing them....so I am guessing most people get it.

Just look around you in the hotel and imagine only half of the people you see wearing the robe that's in your room and probably commando as well! Regardless what they do to "prepare" them for the next guest, I'm just not that fond of robes.

Do you bring your own sheets and towels? I'll use the robe when the mood strikes. My wife uses it every day.

We don't use robes at home.

I've seen the sheets and towels being changed. I've never seen those robes being put on the housekeeping carts or new ones folded and ready to be put back in the rooms.

When I use the robe, I make sure the last thing I do before checking out is visibly soil it, just to make sure they have to wash it for the next person.

    You're welcome

    And yes, I'm kidding.

    I just steal it

Yeah, if we were truly germaphobics, we wouldn't get on a plane, eat in a restaurant, step in a casino , much less handle the cards, chips and slot handles! Hell, even the elevator buttons are breeding gounds for germs.

I like to pretend a pretty young lady wore it before me, that is as close as I will get to one!
