I'm Plat again, but I gotta ask, WHAT Platinum Experience?

I just had Bell comp stay, and Host requested View room, cuz I had to Ask for one.

View fine, but I was in Spa tower. (for the first time, and do NOT like being that far from casino)

I emailed host as to particulars, like where do I check in? Said, end of counter at Invited Guest.

Ok........thats the jest of ANY Info, and No mention of a Plat. Experience.

So, What wasn't I told? What did I miss?

It's just a letter that gets you two free tickets to either the Mirage Secret Garden, NYNY rollercoaster, Bellagio Art Gallery, or Mandalay Bay aquarium. Not all that great but each worth doing once I think. You can go down to the desk and ask for yours. The cheap part is they act like this is a new feature. You used to get free tickets to any of these things before (two per month or up to 10 per year depending on the exhibit), it just wasn't clearly and heavily advertised.

I liked it for showing Vegas newbies around. If they've never been, Shark Reef and the dolphins for free seems like a great time. haha

VegasSchemer said well.... its just letter when you check in hotel you get it...but sometimes they do not offer it so make sure you ask for it. Over the summer, I went with my family (4) and when I asked for letter they gave me several so I can goto various places etc.
So if you are checking in or even next day just go up to front desk ask if they can give you few more... Im sure they would not mind

Been platinum since the inception of the program.
    30-40 stays between Aria,MGM,and Bellagio.
NEVER received a letter or an experience!
Did get a few fruit baskets so maybe that counts.

It's something new that they implemented and you need to ask for it at checkin, even though they're supposed to give it to you automatically.

Sounds like I didn't miss much.

I even handed Ck In person, my Plat card, with DL & Credit card.

So its Not like she didn't know......

The "experience letter" SHOULD be given to guest upon arrival.

How hard is that, to be standard procedure?
