We are taking the red eye on our last day. Last year we had lunch at the Hexx and like idiots walked all the way up to Treasure Island and back again without resting. We ended up with about 3 or more hours to kill at the Aria and we were a little exhausted.

So this year we are going to do the Hexx again and then later on take our time and enjoy the Aria Dinner Buffet so that will give us some quiet time were we can sit and eat.

What could be do in the middle time? Something relaxing. I was thinking Brooklyn Bowl or some kind of relaxing event where we could sit, maybe have a few drinks or snacks and not be on the move. Some kind of entertainment?

    Any ideas?

Not sure can help you on that but we went The Hexx last week and was funny watching the card magician outside. Did his card tricks and his accomplice came up about 6 times to start watching him and to get the crowds started. Must have had a few as was 3 times before I figured it out.

Aria sportsbook or an afternoon show are the first two ideas that come to mind

we always do the red eye out of Vegas

in May after we checked out, we rented a slingshot and drove out to the desert... that was so amazing that we plan on doing that again.
unfortunately it might be a little chilly to do that for ur upcoming trip in 9 days....

    anyhow, have fun!!!

No drinks included but how about a museum? Mob Museum downtown or National Atomic Testing Museum just east of the strip. Hard Rock isn't too far from that museum so you could check out that casino or take in a late lunch/early dinner. Even Tuscany or some of the other joints just off the strip.

Edit...actually, I think the Mob Museum actually does serve alcoholic drinks right before the courtroom scene, lol. I remember the attendant carting out the booze just after we arrived in the morning.

We love the Hexx last year so we are headed back again. The entertainment on the sidewalk is worth it.

Thanks for the ideas. I was going to see Big Elvis on the Friday but that along with Carnival Court might make for a perfect afternoon. Then we can scoot back to the Aria and hang out and do the buffet.

The Sling shows look cool. We are doing the Red Rock on Sunday.

One of the Museums could be an idea too. We looked into the Neon.

    Thanks for the great ideas!!

I thought you were only looking for suggestions where you could kick back and relax. If you're willing to get more active, I would add Pinball Hall of Fame, the CBS TV Center, TopGolf, the Clark County Wetlands Park, Atomic Testing Museum, or Town Center to my list of suggestions

Day pass to the spa. Aria has a pretty solid facility with co-ed areas. $40 for all day access.

Heck, if I really wanted to chill and lay low for a few hours, I'd take the shuttle to Orleans and grab a movie.

Last year we walked out the Aria, had lunch at Hexx, walked to Venetian and toured, walked to TI and toured, walked to Caesars and toured, walked back through MM at PH and back to Aria. It was crazy.

Chill to me meant setting up camp somewhere for a bit and take in some entertainment and not walking 8 miles. We like the bus so taking it to here or there so we can sit and do something is perfect.

Right now it's having a Hexx lunch and taking in Big Elvis and Carnival Court. Maybe Brooklyn Bowl or something else at the LINQ walkway. We could stop in somewhere at the Bellagio for a couple of drinks and watch the fountains. Sending the Mrs to the Aria Spa while I gamble or do the Sports Book before having around the Buffet like a bad smell. I think I have my day planned.

We are wondering if we check out of Aria that day if we can still get into the Tower Suites Lounge on that day or if they kick us earlier that day.

These are all great suggestions. We will be with another couple that are leaving that morning so they are taking us to Orleans, Gold Coast and Ellis so maybe they too will find us something new to do.

Pretty hit or miss with Big Elvis. Didn't perform quite a few times over last few weeks I'm afraid. See if you can check somehow on the day you plan to see him. He didn't show when we went see him last week and same for my dad when he went a couple of weeks before.

Casa Fuente in Caesars is a great place to kill some time. Pick out a nice cigar and sip on a cocktail. I highly recommend the tangerine mojito, you will not regret it!

The entire spa is not co-ed but there are co-ed areas such as the shio salt room, ganbanyoku beds, and the outdoor hot tub. Steam rooms, saunas, and indoor hot tubs are located in each locker room. It's open until 8 PM, come and go all day long.

Madame Tussauds is a fun place to interact with wax celebrities for a half-hour or so.

I'm shy around real celebrities so it's the right place for me!

It's self-paced for the most part.
It depends on how much fun you have posing with the figures for pics, etc.
It's been up to maybe an hour most of the times we've been there. And we skipped the horror section.
