Gonna be getting in late next Friday night and plan on being at Bellagio or Caesars. Im wondering if there are any suggestions for late night eats at either of those places. Im not looking for a fancy place, just some good food and a beer or something, but it needs to be open after midnight.
Anybody have a later night favorite at either of these?

For whatever reason I assumed more restaurants were open until 2am or so in either of these 2 casinos. I just looked at the hours of each restaurant and was surprised at how early they closed, probably should have done that before asking the question. Oops
Maybe I can get to Gordon Ramsey before they close at midnight.

Cafe Americano at Caesars is open 24 hrs but honestly you'd be a lot better off going to the Henry at Cosmo. Really good food and it's 24/7. Not even a 5 minute walk if you're at Bellagio.

Difara pizza hits the spot late at night. I was hammered one night and it was perfect late night food.

"Snacks" in bellagio is 24/7 I believe. Burgers, pizza and beer. We had fun getting a late night snack there last time...it was still busy when all others were closed...

That's correct. I think I recall reading once that the resorts are required to have at least one 24 hour dining option on property. For Bellagio, it used to be the Café. But when they opened the refurbished "Snacks" this past year, they made it the 24 hour spot (but still keep the café open pretty late). At Caesars, Café Americano is the 24 hour spot, but its not as good as Café Bellagio (and very different from Snacks). I think the noddle shop at CP is also 24 hours

Wrote this on my trip report months ago.
Sore point is the dam food courts close at 11pm and I mean close. 11:15 I was hungry so I figure a burger. Forget about it. Only the bar and I think starbucks was open. Geez!

So I said that the food court closed down at 11pm. That leaves nothing for a fast bite like a burger or single pizza. la salsa cantina forum shops on fri, sat and sun till 12am and cheesecake factory fri and sat till 12am. Boy, hard to think that in CP and it's 11:30 at night and ya get get a fast burger or a quick bite.Smashburger 4:30am on Friday & Saturday. Any other day, out of luck.Café Americano is open 24 hrs

When asking the original question I assumed CP would have a few places open late all the time. Figured some of the bars at least would have kitchen open til 2am. Was really surprised by how early they all close. Figured you could make a killing on the late night drunk crowd or when the clubs let out. Thanks for all the help
