What is a good, NOT SUPER EXPENSIVE Tepenyaki place? (ie: Around $50 each)

There's always Benihana for teppanyaki. At least 2 locations near the Strip. Fashion Show Mall and Westgate (old Hilton).

According to Yelp, there's Tetsu at Aria. Maybe pricier than Benihana.

Some places have a few teppanyaki tables. Morimoto in MGM, NOBU in Caesars, Mizumi at Wynn.

Tetsu and Mizumi mentioned above are excellent, but they are above the stated price range. I would be hesitant to go to tetsu, however. it was one of my favorite spots on the Strip for a couple years, but I am always leery of places preparing to close. Seems like the quality slips in those situations

Benihana is always good but it's more fun with more people.

We ate at Benihana's a couple of years ago at Westgate and it was pretty good. If you are going during the month of your birthday you can join their club over the web and it's called the Chef's table. You get a $30 off certificate - which about pays for an entree. I see they opened a new one at Fashion Show Mall too. We are going again in January. I also was looking for another restaurant similar but everything was pretty expensive. Our chef was great - entertaining and friendly.

Hokkaido Teppanyaki Steakhouse is really good and they are open on thanksgiving. You get more bang out of your buck cause this is off the strip.
