Spellcheckers can be a pain, mine usually wants to change "Bellagio" to "Beluga" :D.

I just remembered another annoyance I have experienced in Las Vegas, to be playing a jalapeño hot machine (my spellchecker wanted me to change "jalapeño" to "jalopy"), and then one of those overweight gentlemen with a brown fedora and a lighted cigar sits on the neighbouring machine and you have to run away from a cloud of black smelly unbreathable smoke before you choke to death.:grrr:

Still stand on being annoyed in high limits by non players posting behind me and asking if my husband knows I am gambling so much.

When someone says something stupid like that to me when I am playing, I wish I had the guts to turn around and ask "Hey, could you lend me a hundred; I know this machine is getting ready to hit" - just to see the indignation or shock on his/her face while storming away in a huff; I just remain silent and hope they move away. I am always amazed that people actually ask or say that kind of stuff to a stranger, but I have seen it first hand on a few occasions.

Yes I totally agree, but I do like the more "complicated" games too, they're more fun. What I do is check on YouTube. Many people post video's about their wins and bonusses, so that gives me an idea of how the game goes.

Not much bothers me in Vegas - I am always so
happy just to be there. I guess if I had to pick the "most" though
it is the crazy ladies that sit down next to you when you have
finally found a great machine that keeps hitting and hitting to
let me cycle a bunch of money through when just playing
to rack up some points, and they start slapping and hitting their
machine to the point when you think that the glass is going to explode.

I swear it has happened to me so many times. I like to play early in
the AM while waiting for my friends to wake up for breakfast. I have
a couple of great machines I have found that never hit big, but are fantastic
for cycling money through. There is one $ 5.00 machine at Paris that is
great. No one is around - like the whole Casino is empty, and I am relaxing
drinking my coffee just running tons through and bingo some idiot sits
next to me and starts the ritual of crossing the glass, slapping the damn button,
hitting the glass - loud. I was so peaceful, just enjoying myself. And there are
a zillion other machines they could pick and they see me betting 15.00 per spin
and the machine keeps hitting the little wins to keep me playing on the same
100 forever. Just running the points thru and enjoying my early morning quiet
and peace. Slap, bam, rub, slap harder when their machine is just sucking
their money down. I find myself wanting to slap them. Totally ruins my zen
like time with my coffee and quiet time enjoying the atmosphere. It's like
I have a sign on my back that says - sit next to me and ruin my morning!:poke:

    That's the "most" for sure.

People who buy in for $20 at a craps table, steal the dice, and then just play the field.

People who bet the don't when they are rolling.

    The Jennifer Lopez/Lisa Lisa dealertainer.

The dealer who sarcastically mocks the amount I tip her after having a nice run at blackjack.

Bobby and Joe at the Linq craps tables.

The guy who continually sucks out at the poker table and thinks he's making good plays.

People who think it's funny to yell their catchphrase 77 times per hour.

People who don't tip CW's or bartenders.

The new red light/green light/drink ticket system at VP bartops.

    The frigid pool at PH.

    Evangelical jackwhackers with a megaphone.

    Selfie sticks.

Street performers using children in their acts at 1AM.

The fact that all the food is overpriced by about 50%.

People who throw towels on a pool chair and then leave the pool area for hours.

People who don't pick up their towels when they're done using their chair.

    6:5 blackjack.

    Double- and triple-zero roulette.

The fact that no matter how many times I go and how much fun I have, at the end I always have to go home.

You should ask her how much will she tip you after she eventually goes on a very nice run against you. Tell her that you will match that tip.

When people crowd the front of the elevator door waiting to get on. This is Vegas people,so you KNOW someone is going to have to get off before you can get on - back off! That and people standing right in the middle of a main aisle in a casino jawing with their friends. It's called a walkway for a reason. (Or a sidewalk).

I'll beat you all to the punch line - Get offa my lawn!

:D Coincidence, I guess, or uncanny sixth sense.

I will not start a campaign against smoking as on the Strip that is a loosing battle.
Off topic (the contrary topic), one of the particularly nice virtues of the Strip is the great ventilation systems in most of the big casinos like Wynn and Bellagio, for example. Just about everybody smokes there but it is not a bother unless you are next to a very heavy smoker, or...a cigar or pipe smoker. :hmmm:

This would make me furious! Unprofessional and unacceptable!

Fortunately this has not happened to me, but I once witnessed at the old I.P. the pitboss (can you imagine!) bullied a customer into tipping the dealers after a win, for "bringing him good luck". Honestly bullying and mocking him in front of the other guests. No one said anything and the player did eventually give part of his winnings to the dealers and then walked off with tail between the legs! It was so humiliating. How dare they?! It's not the dealer who brings you fortune, but your own luck and maybe the player didn't have any luck until that moment and might have lost a lot of money already. Tipping should not be obligatory and players should decide themselves if and how much they tip. If I wasn't so shocked, I would have filmed it and afterwards I thought I should have said something, but it just happened so fast and everybody else acted like it was normal. I still get angry when I think about it. But I'm sure this is an exception.

I think it was in 2013. Was it you? Or else I think it might not have been an exception at I.P. Outrageous!
