Hi everyone. I have a question for all you 7* experts out there.

We just got back from the happy places and looks like I've made 7* with CET.mThis was sooooo totally unexpected and I am afraid now to see what my win/loss stmt will be ( since I know that the only h/p I got with them this year was one worth just over $1200)

Having said that, when my host and I spoke during my trip, she mentioned that since I made 7* so late in the year... I would need to book as well as take my 7* trip ($1200 airfare before the end of January . )

So this is where I am confused. I thought that when you make 7* - the benefits are good for the next year. So does this mean that once I use the $1200 airfare trip in Januar...I do not get one for next year? Or would I get 2? In other words, is the airfare be fit only good for the year you make 7*? Do I get the $500 resort credit voucher as well ? Do all 7* benefits renew again after Jan 2017?

What other benefits could I expect? ... Again, This was unexpected as I was not playing for this status- I am typically a diamond asp. 2 player) .

I am just little confused.. So any clarification from all ya experienced 7* experts out there would be appreciated

I hope someone can verify this because I'm not 100% sure. But I think your host is pushing you because you get the airfare for this year AND next year.

For other general perks this website is a good resource.

You should get the trip benefit this year and another next year.

WoW- that would definitely tone down the sting from the lack of handpays this year

You get everything this year and again next year. So you need to book your $1200 airfare and use your $500 vouchers. If you still have your Diamond 2 aspirations that you earned on your way up to 7 *, you have to use that too. I believe your trips need to be booked by 12/31 and used by 1/31

You do not get any Diamond benefits again next year, but you do get every 7 * benefit next year including the $500 food vouchers.

Thanks for all the helpful responses guys ! My host had also mentioned that I can book 3 or 4 people within the airfare benefits as well... so thinking about bringing the parents but they are not players . Just wondering what the CET expectations on my play would be given all the goodies they would be dishing out . I would assume that my previous play would have already covered for the rooms etc for this trip?

unless they recently changed it and im pretty sure they didnt, for your $1,200 airfare. it is for you and 1 guest...anything from the $1,200 left over is gone, if you go over the $1,200 they may take care of everything and they also may charge you the over...

your guest can fly from a different airport though if need be and you can also book the flight yourself and have them reimburse you versus waiting for passport to book you as they have been slow lately

The double 7* trip was brought in a prior thread here. There were conflicting views. As I understood it from my host, if you make 7* in 2016, you can use your 7* trip from 2/1/17-1/31/18. My host explicitly said you do not get a trip in the year you made 7* plus one more the following year. Seems like there may conflicting views among hosts...

I qualified for 7 Stars first time in February this year (and given my experiences so far with it, most likely my last) and received the email below in August from Caesars Marketing. I've also had emails from hosts at multiple properties urging me to book my 7 Stars Annual retreat before it expires on Jan 31. So I think that on first qualifying you do get a trip in each year you have 7 Star status.

    Dear ,

As an elite member of Total Rewards®, you are among the select few who have the unique opportunity to indulge in the status and privilege of Seven Stars®. We want to ensure that you take full advantage of all that Seven Stars has to offer.

Below you'll find a list of benefits that are right at your fingertips, yet they remain unused.1 For more details on how to take advantage of these and more, contact your Host or view your benefits online.
    • Seven Stars Retreat with Four Complimentary Nights, $1,200 Airfare Credit, $500 Dining Folio and More - mention code SEV16RTRT when booking
    • Aspiration Level 2: Getaway with Four Complimentary Nights and $750 Airfare Credit - mention code ASP16GETA when booking
    • Aspiration Level 1: Four Complimentary Nights and $100 Folio Credit - mention code ASP16STAY when booking
    • Diamond $100 Celebration Dinner - visit Total Rewards Center to redeem

Our first year we did receive one retreat the year we made it and the one for the following year we made 7* for. We made it fairly early in the year and were able to plan. It is a great thing for that year, we enjoy our status and the trips each year since. The asp 2 is a great getaway for us but the retreat is great. We will be in Vegas over the New Year for our '16 retreat............Rick

    Summarizing what everyone said:

You made it this year, so you get a 2016 "retreat", which must be booked by 12/31/2016 and taken by 1/31/2017

You also get a 2017 retreat, which cannot be booked until after you TAKE your 2016 retreat or after 1/31/2017, when it expires.

Have you taken your DAL2 trip yet? You still have that one as well

Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences! I will definitely take advantage of this earned benefit.
Another question...Will I be able to attach an additional offer to this 7 * booking ?

Thanks DaiLun for your input - I know you are always very informed when it comes to the various casino club benefits.
Just curious to understand whether you are still very satisfied with the 7* program?

over the last few years, 7* has gone way downhill as with all the bonuses it makes it fairly easy to make compared to before the bonuses...I said I wouldnt do it again untill they brought some benefits back and here I am after not playing for most of the year, close to doing it again.

one reason is that I had two host confuse some stuff while booking me and I was given 2 7* trips and 2 diamond asp 2 trips for 2016, so I got a lil extra from them. plus passport drug ass booking so I got way more than the $750 and $1,200 airfare and they paid it 4 seperate times.

If I make it again this year its not from aiming for it, but will take what I can get from them.

I will be publishing my EOY 7* report after my HGS/GGWU trip. I have some changed opinions, but the other options (mLife, Cosmopolitan, Venetian/Palazzo) make Total Rewards, IMHO (the best of the worst).

What I do know is that the Seven Stars Insider site has been a wealth of information. The guy that runs it is really well informed.

Yes, you can use an offer with both the DA2 trip and the 7 Star trip.

this also depends on the knowledge of your host...I have had one host tell me no, call one of my other host and they say yes...so yes, the answer is "Yes"
