So got my end of the year offer from Wynn a couple of weeks ago (pic). Was verified by my host there on my last trip out.

Have known my host there for six years - have had lunch with him (meh), etc. For whatever reason we still communicate back / forth via email. He has ALWAYS been very responsive - always getting a reply back to me within a couple of hours - a day at the most.

Tried to book this offer in the usual way - left an email; then a second... Then tried to call him directly - left VM; then another. No response. Then called his assistant directly - went to VM; no response... This over a week span.

Trip is now under 3 weeks away; I'm def getting the cold shoulder... Curious how you all would handle this. The offer must be booked with a host. It is a lot of FreeCredit - I get that. Comments? Suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? FullSizeRender.jpg

One must wonder if the host still works there.

Meanwhile, not being a Redcard person - what is "FREECREDIT"? Is this code speak for freeplay? Or resort credit? Or line of credit?

Yeah, this is what Wynn calls "freeplay".

And since he earned nearly quadruple the points of last year, his host definitely shouldn't be ignoring him!

Possibly vacation for the host? Or maybe he did move jobs...

Try the host office and speak to someone else.

I agree. If you get voice mail again ask for another host or supervisor. Only because it says you must book with host not because you simply chose to do so. Good luck.

CALL & Talk with Host on duty asap.

I have a longtime host (at a different casino) and found out shes getting over
heart surgery! So anything can, and does, happen.

Thats too much FP to leave on the table. Call & Go GET it.

yeah, if in the past your host responded right away, something is up. Definitely call and get to the bottom of it.
