    Hi everyone.

I'm going to be visiting Las Vegas in a couple of weeks, and although I'll be meeting up with and spending plenty of time with family during my trip, I'm traveling alone this time and may end up having a few solo meals. I don't like dining in sit-down restaurants alone, so typically if I'm having a solo meal I'll get takeout and eat in the room. A few years ago, however, I did have a nice solo breakfast at the bar at Fulton Street Food Hall in Harrah's. The bar is located along one of the walkways through the casino, so there really wasn't the feeling of dining alone in a restaurant, and the full menu was available. Plus, I was able to watch football and play some VP (albeit short pay) while I was eating which was nice. Does anyone have any recommendations for any other VP bars inside or adjacent to a casino on the strip that offer either a limited or full restaurant menu? Thanks!

Not really a VP Bar, but Toby Keith's inside Harrah's has VP at the bar (no comped drinks) and a full menu.
Plus big screens everywhere for all the major sporting events or live music.

My favorite thing to do there is: Belly up to the bar, and a VP machine of course, order a beer and a basket of wings. Fun times fer sure!!!!

*edit* funny, but the post above mine was posted while I was typing this out. Coincidence perhaps?!?!

It may be way out of your way, but there was bar top seating with VP and a full menu at the Pink Taco at the Hard Rock. Great food and service (although this was some time ago). I do agree that Pink Taco used to be great, now it is merely good.

Yardhouse at the Linq doesn't have VP but it has nice bar with full menu and booze. Good spot for solo dinning IMO.

Not on the strip but if you find yourself at the M Resort go to the "32 Degrees Draft Bar". Bartop VP and full menu from "The Vig Deli" restaurant. Big plus is they will comp some really good draft beers with VP play.

Check out Umami Burger at the SLS. You can order their full menu right at their VP bar. Throw $20 into a VP machine and they will comp any drink up to $12. Their VP bar was built for eating on as the VP machines are set back further so you have more counter space in front of you!

You can find a decent beer tap/bottle list in the menu linked above.

Just imagine how greasy those screens are! I hope they clean them on the daily,

Why? Nothing to be afraid of dining solo in a restaurant!
Most of my trips are solo and I usually have my meals at buffets,
but I still have lots of solo meals in restaurants, even at fancy places.
Many times I was asked "Do you want a bar seat or a table?" I always answered "Table of course!"
I was also asked "Would you prefer a small table (for 2) or a regular table for 4?" and I always chose the regular table for 4.
Of course if the restaurant was full and they wanted me to sit at a small table, I wouldn't complain.

not only the screens, also the buttons!
Even if they clean them daily, still full of dirty stuff.
That's why I don't want to eating and playing at the same time.

I don't know of any, but I do know where you cannot eat at the bar, and that's the Longbar at the D. I was chided for eating a croissant I brought with me.
