I like the M dinner buffet but have never been there for lunch. Do they carve either tri-tip or prime rib for lunch? They used to carve tri-tip back a few years ago when they were open for breakfast.

Nobody been to the M Studio B buffet for lunch in recent years? They don't indicate on their website what they offer for lunch. But it does look like the free beer/wine is also offered at lunch.

It's been awhile since I went for lunch. Can't remember the carving station as I was obsessed with the different Asian stations.

IIRC the carving station is open for lunch. Beer/wine is offered at lunch as well.

Don't know if they still have it, but the M had delicious tri-tip for lunch last time I was there. Preferred it over the prime rib.

I hope they still have it. The Rivers Indian casino by O'Hare airport in Chicago (in nearby Des Plains) has carved tri-tip for lunch at their buffet. It was so good I had lunch there 2 days in a row when I was in Chicago this summer.

I was there for a mid-week lunch in May of this year. They had carved tri-tip, roast beef, and turkey. No prime rib.

I had a so-so experience there. Only one lady at the carving station, and two lines merged into her area. She was also serving up some other stuff, so the wait was pretty long. If you're going to the strip, highly recommend Wynn buffet. Just go around 10:30am, so you can enjoy both end of breakfast and beginning of lunch items, for breakfast prices....

I agree. They used to have tri-tip for weekday dinner, years ago, and we liked weekday dinners there because of this. Now though they have prime rib every night. I would think about going to an early dinner/lunch IF I knew they served tri-tip for lunch, but their ridiculous lunch hours end at 2:30pm, when dinner starts.

We're actually going to do a dinner comparison of the Wynn and Caesar's buffets...Caesar's on Tuesday and Wynn on Wednesday..while I don't think Wynn is a great value for the money they do have the best quality of any of the buffets I've gone to in Las Vegas...I want to see how Caesar's compares to it..
