    Evening all

Stayed at the Wynn in November 2015 and keep getting emails offering comps. We are going again in March 2017 but not booked anywhere yet, just booked the flights. Last offer is below received a few days ago. Do they have a 12 month limit or do you think I will get another offer shortly for early next year? And is the Encore Resort King Suite be a possible upgrade if I was just booking a normal 2 Queen room which we had last time. And, if they would do the upgrade would I be able to change it to a better 2 Queen room (as staying with male friend). Is this a decent offer or is it like a standard offer? I wouldn't class myself as a big gambler but I did have two big sessions on blackjack playing between 25-200 a hand and also played the slots a lot.

And last question, when you see Mlife, do you guys see the work Milf or is just me???

    Thanks in advance

When I booked my first offer they sent me over G2E, it was for 3 nights in a Wynn Deluxe Resort room with $400FP. I needed a room for my brother so I called and booked it for Thursday-Sunday. At time of booking they gave me a choice of the Deluxe Resort Room, the Encore Resort King Suite, or the Panoramic King. I took the Panoramic King because it guarantees a high floor and has floor to ceiling windows. When I checked him in they put "me" on the 51st floor and the room was beautiful. I played my $400FP in an hour and turned it to $2000 cash and never played there again that trip, as I was booked at Palazzo and Cosmo on comps. I got a new offer the other day and it's a little better than the last one which I was not expecting. Lol I wouldn't see why you couldn't get a two Queen room but I doubt you will be able to get a suite with two beds with that offer. You'd probably have an upgrade charge of some sort. I'm probably gonna book Wynn too and go for the triple booking this week cuz I need to pad my bankroll. It will kill my offers from Wynn but I never stay there anyway. This is my new offer they sent after low play hit and run in late September. [IMG]

    Hi Hoofy7
Thanks for your reply. initially I thought these were 2 comp rooms if I paid for two nights so basically 4 nights for the price of 2 but now I'm thinking that it is a free room for two nights just pay the resort fees (spot the newbie here!!!). Just to confirm to a stupid person, me, I can stay here for free on a Wednesday and Thursday night with just the fees to pay?

Yes, or you could possibly add Tuesday night as long as your trip is in November or December and all 3 nights should be comped plus the cost of the resort fee per night.

Thanks for clarifying Shock. If we can get the 3 nights then we have a decent budget for the other 3 nights. Was looking at Venetian/Palazzo, Bella suite will cost about $750 all in.

As I'm from the UK, phoning the reservations isn't as easy (times and cost). Your thoughts on emailing them and asking them about possible comps in March, is this a bit forward? Could it harm any potential offers?

I am using that same promo this week. I will be at Encore (in a Resort Suite King) on Sunday for three nights. Got the $75 per day free play (slots only, bummer). I made the reservation on August 8 and hope to avoid that new Resort Fee Even if Comped.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Rihad, the offer you got looks like a teaser offer. It is probably based on a one-time visit, or a couple of passes through the casino on a single trip.

I get the same offer, with slightly higher amount of FREECredit, on a regular basis, and I only set foot in Wynn once, and ran a couple of hundred dollar through a slot machine, and that was 8 years ago. So I think you will continue to get the offer for quite a while.

One thing you will probably find is that the complimentary third night is limited to a couple of specific days of the week (Monday and Thursday), so you have to arrange the rest of your stay based on that, if you want to take advantage of it.

I can't answer the rest of your questions about room substitutions because I've never stayed there.

Thanks for responses guys. I did think it was a bit much for what I spent there percentage wise but hey if they are going to give me a room for free there then ill happily accept it. I still don't think I saw most of the place anyways (except for ending up in Encore whilst trying to get to the TI exit!!) and we did enjoy the place. It helps with our budget though so all is good.

I just returned from three nights at the Encore, and I have three thing to say...

    1) I am normally a person to stay at the Downtown Grand, or some place like Harrah's or Bally's. I was definitely out of my class at the Encore. I had never dreamed that a hotel could provide such a wonderful guest room. The I priced that same room, and I still wonder why anyone would pay that much money to stay in a Las Vegas hotel. To each his own, I pass no real judgement, but I was so busy that I didn't spend nearly the amount of time in that suite that was befitting of such a gorgeous room.

    2) The check-in procedure was completely flawless, and the clerk specifically mentioned that there wasn't a resort fee with the comped room before I could even bring it up. I had a 1:30 AM struggle to check in the previous night at the Downtown Grand (which I will detail in my TR... the tone of which depends on DTG's ability to make good) and the check-in at Encore couldn't have been smoother. Warning, though; they will authorize $150 per night on your credit card, so make sure there is enough room. Wasn't a problem for me, but I've never had such an authorization put on my card before, and I could see someone thinking "Free is free" and not allowing enough room on the card.

    3) The gambling minimums on table games are high and the odds / rules are bad ($15 blackjack at 6:5? Really?) Also, the slots have pretty high minimums, too. Usually in a casino, you can see the lowest spin amount to be 40 credits or so. Many have 100 credits as the minimum, and at that point, what's different between that game and a $1 reel slot (which they have in abundance). VP pay tables were cruddy, but I felt it was the best use of my free play and managed to cash out for almost $500 using my $225 free play (helped by drawing 4 threes and a kicker).

That all said, I am not in Encore's preferred player profile at all (as a matter of fact, I would have thought my photo would have been in the marketing literature with the comment "Don't waste your time"). So as a rare treat for myself, I am very glad I took and used the offer. There is no way the OP could be disappointed by taking and using the offer.

    @mjames1229,
I just came back from Macau, China. Those new casinos in Macau are 10x nicer than the Bellagio, Wynn, Caesars, Cosmopolitan of Vegas. It was an eye opener for me. The last time I was in Macau was 8-9 years ago and was like the old Vegas.

As for Wynn offer, I finally got a complimentary room offer, albeit Sunday to Thursday and have to pay for the resort fees. Previously,
