Hey! Have your laugh at CFL ☺hoping someone has sone suggestions. For once our home team isn't the worst in the league and we'd like to catch the final game Nov 4th before playoffs while we are in Vegas. The last time we watched a Grey Cup game was in the ESPN lounge which is no longer there. Last year in Vegas we had no luck finding it any where and watched it on the tablet in our room lol. Being proactive this time.
    Thanks in advance!

When we were there in July they had a lot of the CFL games on the tv's throughout the casino. I've heard that they will be showing the Easter semi-final on the 13th but not the Western so I was kind of hoping my Lions would do the cross-over thing :) I think you'll have a hard time finding the game now that teh NFL is in action :( Good luck, who are you rooting for?

Over the last few years, ESPN has been using the CFL as summer filler. They'll show a game or two a week in July/August, but tail off drastically when college and NFL start. Next broadcast that isn't online is scheduled to be the Eastern Semi-Final.

Thanks tringlomane. We're season ticket holders and will be giving up our seats for the Lion's game on the 13th. Looks like we'll be hosting the West semi if we win our last game this weekend. They're playing the Riders so chances are pretty good I'd hope. If they lose and Janel's Bombers also lose we still get home field advantage. Would be nice to be able to catch it in Vegas but looks like we'll be SOL :(

I've seen CFL at ESPN at NYNY and the Pub at Monte Carlo. Coincidentally or maybe not, they did away with both of them.

CFL teams do have some cool names, though.

Google is your friend on this subject, I'm sure there is a local bar(s) that cater to Canadians, hell they cater to every conceivable thing in the greatest city in the world

Problem is there isn't broadcast access, unless they hook up a laptop with "WatchESPN" access with a HDMI cable to one of the TVs to the bar. It's mostly broadcast over the Internet only in the US late in the season. Maybe a Vegas bar is willing to set it up, but I would think most wouldn't.

I too will be in Vegas on the 13th, and wouldn't mind catching the Lion's playoff game (from Vancouver area too). I'll be wearing my Seahawks jersey...

The Pub at Monte Carlo had a couple of tv's broadcasting Sportsnet when we were there. We were having dinner and they were were showing our hometown OHL Hockey Team as it was a game of the week on Sportsnet.

Of course I was drinking and our team scored a couple quick goals and I was cheering and yelling at the tv and people were like what the hell is this guy watching. Nobody would have a clue what OHL Hockey is.

There is something on that webpage that might interest you. I would contact them. There was a trip advisor post from two years ago that mentioned Riders fans flocked there.

Hmm didn't realize they could get Canadian networks. Sadly the Pub is now closed. :( Hopefully the Rockhouse bar may be able to show it.

A few years ago when the Argos were in the Grey Cup, we watched the game at the sports book at Caesar's. Other than being on one of the big screens, there was no big deal made about it. There was no sound. The sound was for one of the tv's showing one of the NFL games.

Lol, we pretty much stay just at PH now. We used to stay at Caesars but like the casino so much better at PH.

Agreed the casino at PH (and we think Paris too) are better (for us anyway) than Caesars...we find Caesars so randomly laid out. We like Paris' casino - spacious feeling with the high ceilings. Bally's this time because we get comp/upgraded and we're going with some non-comped friends, so better rates for them at Bally's. The're all so close, really doesn't matter...
