It is confusing to me trying to figure out who is charging and not now. I think it is all Ceaser's properties, or not?

Only MGM Resort properties on the Strip are charging.

So you are good with any Caesars property, Wynn, Venetian/Palazzo, TI, SLS, Cosmo, Tropicana, and probably Casino Royale.

Casino Royale has a small garage behind the building. Very easy in and out.

I've heard it is now all MGM properties except for Circus and possibly one other oddball one someplace.

Circus Circus charges for valet now. Westgate, although offstrip, does charge for parking as well but I think they waive it for actual hotel guests. .

Only MGM resorts at this time charge to park. I don't see how Planet Hollywood would ever be able to charge for self parking since the parking is connected to the mall.

Westgate does not charge for parking unless there is a major convention. I parked by the sportsbook multiple times during my trip in late September.

Even Valet at some places are still free as well I might add. We valeted at Wynn on a Tuesday Night to watch a show back in Sept. and I damn nearly fainted when I heard that valet was free there. (That is probably not the case over a weekend though, assuming).
