I've always been under the impression that it doesn't, but look at the floor map on this link, just above the walkway to Paris:

    http://www.vegasbright.com/2016/10/18/ceo-ballys-las-vegas/

Based on some of the things listed, the map is at least a few years old, maybe they used to have one and got rid of it?

No longer there. Used to have one around the corner from their steak house but it has been several years.

That's what I figured. Easy enough to just walk down the hallway to the Paris DL.

If you are looking for drinks, Bound Bar at Cromwell offers free drinks from 4-7pm to Diamond members. I guess it's their consolation for lack of a lounge.

I've heard that they discontinued that offer at the Bound bar a month or so ago. They do offer a special "happy hour" for Diamond card holders at the 3535 bar at the Linq now. The free drink offer for the Bound bar was from a limited drink menu; I suppose that goes for the 3535 bar now also.

We stayed at the Cromwell in March and went to the happy hour one afternoon and we were both pretty disappointed in the drinks we got from the selection. I do think the one at the Cromwell has been discontinued.

While we are on the subject, which Diamond lounges have an actual bar instead of just tables?

The Flamingo, Rio and PHo diamond lounges do not have a bar. The bar at the Harrah's diamond lounge is my favorite..Orhan and Robert are the bartenders and are great guys.

As already mentioned, Paris Diamond Club is a short walk down the hallway.

Flamingo's diamond club isn't far either. Cross the street, walk past Cromwell valet area, past the taxi line at Flamingo and towards the exit to Linq and you're there.

I like Caesar's because it had fresh fruit salad the three times I went there. There's often a line so if I'm not lined up by 3:45pm I end up not going cause I don't want to risk waiting.

I like the salad bar at Flamingo and I seem to like their food selection. I also like Harrahs food.

PH is always slow. I watched the debate there on Wednesday as I knew it wouldn't be loud.

PH and Paris have had wings as one of the entrees every time (at least 15+ times combined this year) I've been there. Vegetables at Paris is always raw broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini pieces.

For fastest drinks, I agree with Harrahs Bar. PH also is super fast. Caesars, I found slow when busy. Harrahs non bar area I found slow too.

I like hanging out at the Linq diamond bar deal. It's at the circular bar in front of check-in from 5-7 I believe. I know it ends at seven. I often eat at Flamingo or Harrahs and then drink at Linq for an hour.

I like Linq because you get fast service and I like being out in the casino with the non diamond or seven star people.

The lounge at Paris is very nice and the food was pretty tasty. Was very busy when I was there though and drink service was very slow. Didn't think either PHo or Flamingo lounges were worth the trip though waitresses were attentive and fast. Just nothing particularly appealing about the space. Though not worth a special trip, the lounge at Rio was very comfortable with some soft chairs and views (yes, actual windows) of the pool area.

Agree on Harrahs having the best food choices. One of my friends loves to eat wings so he likely prefers Paris, but I just can't handle that lol. The 2nd choice seems to usually be a deep friend item - often spicy. I have encountered some decent choices at Flamingo also, but it's a bigger open room which isn't quite as relaxing. One night there were chocolate covered strawberries there - num!

if you go to the diamond and 7star section of the paris lounge, for unknown reasons they have peoples players cards stuck to the ceiling, we asked why they were there and the server said he doesnt know how they got up there, but they been there for 10 years which blows his story up as they have a new style 7* card up there...the roof is about 20 feet or so, so you would need a ladder to put them there
