My wife and I get into town Sunday the 30th, we wanted to do a nice brunch.
Would you recommend Sterling or Bacchanal?

We will be at the Sterling Bunch this Sunday at noon. I hope to have our trip posted as we go but sometimes I don't keep it up to date but I will let you know what we think of it.

Sterling for many reasons...one of which is you can get reservations ( but do it now )so you don't wait in any line

My favorites are the Jazz Brunch at the Country Club at the Wynn, the Veranda at the Four Seasons and Bardot Brasserie at Aria.

Having been to both several times I would definitely recommend the Sterling Brunch, but that being said I would have to ask what time do you get into town. If you choose Sterling, the earlier the better for both selection and limiting the wait time. The staff will not ever rush your dining experience which means the tables don't turn as quickly. The brunch ends at 2:30 and if you arrive any where near the end of the service you probably won't feel that you got your money's worth.
