I've never been TR Diamond before, but I'm honing in. I was thinking of earning 2,500 TC's in a day and getting the 5,000 TC bonus, and that would comfortably doing it.

I live in DC and don't feel like budgeting time/money for a vacation. I just wanna hit Horseshoe Baltimore on a Saturday and give it a whirl.

I was thinking $2 JOB VP for...six hours? Am I doing my math kinda correctly? Open to other games and ideas, but Jacks or Better seemed like it might be the ticket.

No idea what the paytables are like there. If you get full points on 9/6 JOB, your expected loss on $25k coin in is about $125. If you remove the royal from the equation, your expected loss jumps to around $625.

(These are just rough estimates assuming 99.5% payback on full pay JOB, and that the royal constitutes about 2% of the overall payback for JOB)

Edit: to answer the time portion of your question, I would say that 4-6 hours is a good estimate, depending on how fast you play. 4 hours would be fast but not lightning speed, 6 would be more on the moderate side.

6 hours would be less than 9 seconds per game to get 2,500 TC points at $10 per game. 9 seconds per game isn't fast when you are playing, but then you have to consider bathroom breaks, looking up to rest your eyes every once in a while, and a handpay or more hopefully.

budget $2500 to do it ($1 per TC is pretty good risk of ruin rule I use)
if you csn find decent vp for $10:1TC, go for it
