Which room? Bally's Jubilee Strip View or PH Ultra Hip Fountain View?

We've already got a fully comped Bally's Jubilee Strip room booked for a week in late December. But I just checked the site and can now see a room at PH called Ultra Hip Premium Fountain or Strip view option. It's $25/nt instead of $0 but I don't mind paying the extra if it's worth it. I'm good with the location of both. Any opinions on these?

By the way, a little about us, both are in late 30s. Don't stay out super late and do like to be able to get a good night's sleep without worrying about external noise. We tend to do a ton of walking up and down the strip and honestly aren't huge gamblers. I like the location of both of these as Bally's gives better access to the Wynn but PH puts you closer to the properties on the southern end. One other note, we will have a car so if one of these is super annoying for getting in/out most days then that will be important to know.

*FYI, we have never stayed at either hotel. Our previous two trips were stays at the Vdara 3 years ago and Venetian 2 years ago. Also in late December.*

Do PH Ultra Hip. Better view, slightly bigger room and also newer.

Never been in a PH Hip room. We love the Jubilee rooms. Technique the Jubilee rooms are bigger (434 sq. ft.) then the hip rooms(430) LOL.
I like the idea of going to Paris casino without going outside. Jubilee rooms are fairly new. Ours always had a refrig., coffee pot and safe.
People say the nightclubs are loud in the rooms. I have never had a problem. Some have. Request a high floor, odd number.
Ballys valet parking is easy. Two entrances. One off the strip(right after Paris) and one off Flamingo. Self parking is at Paris. Not a long walk.
And of course you save $25/night.

Hip Room bigger? Ours certainly was not....Bally's (Jubilee strip view) are the largest regular rooms on the strip as far as I've heard. Much nicer bathrooms too... Ask for a high floor....we have never heard any club noise when on upper floors....

According to their websites, the Jubilee room is 20 sq. feet larger than the Hip room. The Augustus rooms at Caesars and 200 sq. feet larger than the Jubilee rooms.

If your room is facing Paris, their nightclub is very noisy on Fri and Sat nights. Take ear plugs.

I loved the Jubilee Strip view! I can't comment on PH. Jubilee: Pros: Fridge, coffee maker, large, updated room. Connected to Paris inside. Bed was comfy (one of the better ones I have found, and I have stayed at Wynn), no tub, just walk in shower.

We check in on a Sunday and check out on Friday. Any noise concerns there? I'll likely target a room on as high a floor as possible as well.

Also, unrelated to the club noise, the PH price is now free for the same time period so really no savings to be had by staying at Bally's. Not sure if that changes anyone's response though as it seems most are fairly positive on Bally's. Plus I really dig the location.

I would go with the Ultra Hip premium fountain view. The upgraded rooms are nice and come with a fridge and coffee maker. The vibe is better at PHO and it's nice that it is connected to a mall. Valet parking is a breeze but self parking is not as easy since you have to walk through the mall to get to the casino.
