Hunter, just got back from a 4 night stay. Gave what I thought was my normal play on all 4 nights but got nothing at all comped on the back end. This was a first. I did hit a Jackpot for $6,000 on a Buffalo Grand machine, could that be the reason nothing was comped on the back end?

I currently have a host. I have never met my host only talked to her via email. A host comes by while I am in Vegas but it is never her. The one time I tried to book through her with an offer it seemed like I got a better deal with the website. I also have to wait days to get a return email from her. Should I use the host or website to book? Maybe I should ask for another host?

Hunter may be able to provide a better answer but I'll throw in a comment. Cherokee is my local. I play there a few times a year. I have always heard that Cherokee has an extremely high population of 7 Star players. I've seen weekend nights where every high limit slot machine is being played with people waiting to play). Despite that, rooms are comped based on ADT (the amount you play per day) not tier. I know that diamond players with high ADT get rooms at Cherokee before some 7 Star players.

Hey Hunter, I recently booked a 3 night stay at Bally's using a TR offer I had. Apparently there was some issue with the system and the offer ultimately needed an override over the phone in order to book successfully. The confirmation e-mail has a different Total Rewards number than mine in the "Exclusively For Total Rewards #########" header. Is that going to be an issue when I check in and use my TR card? Thanks!

    We do Cherokee regular.

BUT - for every casino, it is based on play, not tier. And, of course based on the demand for the day you are going. Weekends or events change the mix in a hurry. I have also heard Cherokee has the highest number of 7 Stars of any casino. Even so, as a Diamond, we were able to get a suite recently on an event night.

I think that's the employees TR card. When Hunter books my room, it's always someone elses TR number as well.

Hunter's answer would be the official one, but at least a couple of thing have happened with CET casinos.

    1) (verified) - Comp room rates have gone up (at least they have at Caesars)
    2) (not verified) - The way that they calculate theo may have changed.

I ran into a similar situation, where I thought that I was OK. My host "covered me", but told me that for that trip I was "overcomped", because the room rate went up and my Theo calculation was "down". (from what I expected). I don't think your win had anything to do with it because AFAIK, casinos only look at play.

I heard that about the rooms. Just an update, I did just have a nice chunk of my charges taken off on the back end today. All is good.

Could be that, or it could be just a scrambled version of your own TR number or just a dummy number. I noticed that a long time ago when looking at a reservation on the TR website. It displays asterisks and then 4 numbers, which didn't match my TR number. It didn't cause any problems with Tier Credits, etc, so I didn't really think about it again until now.

I have some cancelled and some active reservations. They all show the same semi-scrambled format, The last 4 numbers that display for each of my CP reservations are the same. Same for my PHo reservations (but a different 4 numbers than CP). I made all the reservations online and there haven't been any mods to them (other than cancelling).

    Hunter,

Thank you for setting time for this part of the business.

Question I have points towards the future but you've touched somewhat on recent events at T-Mobile so perhaps you can provide some insight. Next weekend I will be in town for what might be the LA Kings last Frozen Fury event until the Desert Knights (just my guess) become live next year.

I know the NHL has strongly pushed for a strong "local" presence within the arena vs. a bunch of Casinos buying bulk seats to use for sale or comps. With that said a friend of mine who's solid in the mLife program has word that he'll be provided tickets pretty much on demand and was fully comped VIP for next weekends event through his host at Mandalay.

Does CET have any plans to either directly or indirectly access tickets for CET dedicated people like myself when the team finally goes online? Comps are great don't get me wrong, but it would be just as nice to be able to contact my rep for tickets even if they weren't comped versus having to go through awful services like TM.

    Thanks

    Hunter,

I am a Diamond TR member - who has an assigned host, I only have their e mail and have never met them. I have e mailed a few times about room reservations and never hear back from them so i just call vip services and book thru them. Is it possible to request a different host? I have many walk up to me while playing and introduce themselves. Thank you

Only answer on the pine needles as we too had them in our pool, (Vancouver BC and on a greenbelt) and they love to gather in the rockery around the pool deck. What's that thing my ex husband had..a blower thingy?
    |Blasted them out. Only way for us. (but he usually blasted them back into the pool and then I'd have to physically scoop em up before the creepy crawley got stuffed with them)...can't win. Good luck!

I have been playing and earning comps in the Cincinnati casino, but now it is no longer affiliated with CP. I would like to come out and stay in the CP but am worried that my play at the Cincinnati casino no longer will help the cause. Any advice?

    Hi Hunter,

I was assigned a host, but havent had luck reaching him via email... is there any chance you could tell me if he is still around? I'd rather not mention name on board, just in case, but will shoot you an email if thats ok with you.

    Hi Hunter,

I am probably not big enough to register on your radar, but I am just back from a week in Bellagio with my wife. It was our first MLife hotel in 10 years (we have been going to the Wynn and wanted a change). I am planning on coming back to Vegas in Feb or March, but this time without the wife so no need to be a more "sedate hotel". Is there any way to get offers in CET properties like PH? I could provide the Tax Form from Mlife to show my level of play - or is that pointless? I had coin in of 19K ( Out 17,5K) and estimated loss of 3.5K on table games - ie total estimated loss just over 5K.

Sorry it took so long to get back on here and answer questions, the reason it is so difficult is due to the volume of rooms. It is a very small property with not a lot of occupancy. Its basically supply and demand. You see the same thing in Rincon as well.
