    My Trip Report

    Hi all,

Long-time lurker but new poster around here. I figured after 20 or so trips under my belt I'm able to contribute something useful to this board!

Currently at the airport awaiting boarding around 6:30am or so to spend a quick 60 hours in Vegas. This trip was planned last minute around going to the Life Is Beautiful festival downtown Sunday.

Background on me and my companions: approaching mid-twenties millennials that travel to Vegas 4-5 times a year. This trip will be L and I flying out with N and girlfriend E already out there attending the festival all three days.

This trip with the rental prices so crazy I figured might as well try out Silvercar. Picking up the A4 as soon as we land, pretty stoked for that.

    Loose itinerary:

    Saturday
    - Head downtown to place bets and scope out parking for tomorrow
    - Lunch @ Tacos El Gordo
    - Hang out around the strip. Should be pretty packed with iheartradio going on this weekend as well.
    - Dinner @ Wicked Spoon
    - Late night eats @ Marilyn's Cafe

    Sunday
    - Try an AM check-in at MGM
    - NFL viewing Downtown (Go Chargers!)
    - ACG match plays
    - Life Is Beautiful Festival

    Monday
    - Play at MGM
    - Lunch @ Crush
    - Flight home 5:00PM

I'm primarily a VP (DDB, Bdlx) and Blackjack player but lately moreso Free Bet on the blackjack side. Hoping for my 3rd Royal this trip.

I'll try to live update but this is my first time doing this. I may just update at the end of each day.

    Hope you enjoy!

Down $40 from the Four Queens progressive DDB. Mobile sports betting was a long process but once up and running it seems like the convenience may be worth it.

Change of lunch plans, ended up way way off strip at Island Flavor but probabaly the best Kalua Pork I've had in the continental U.S.

Good start to your TR, ayoj! I hope you and your accomplices have a great time!

Make sure to keep power to your devices to provide your updates.
This should not be a problem as you have obviously not forgotten your Chargers! :trophy:

That sequential would be a nice chunk of change in either of those denominations!

Great trip report! Which game has sequential? I've just started dabbling with Video Poker and don't recall seeing it.

Circus Circus Aces and Eights. Went back for the nostalgia, the hotel was cool when I was a kid.

Free Bet at Cosmo is no longer 3:2 but up $410 even with the CSM. It's been a good day.

Called it a night pretty early last night but gave Cosmo's generous earnings right to Aria. At least it went to my MLife Gold renewal cause.

L and I are all checked-in at MGM facing the south strip. If we were here yesterday we could have seen iheartradio's Daytime Village from here! I'll probabaly refrain from gaming here until later after the festival and do some damage then.

Next up is lunch and downtown to watch Chargers-Colts.

Good luck downtown. Let us know where you are watching. I like 777.

How early were you able to check in at MGM? Earlier then the 11am standard check-in? Also what room type? I ask because my plane lands Saturday at 7:35am and I'm going to head over right away to see if a room is ready for me, if not I'll leave my bags and go back when my room is ready.

I have a comp'd king room as of now but will try for an executive king suite when I arrive.

Really packed so ended up at the Fremont, it's not too bad. No playable bartop VP showing the Chargers though.

I will take the half-time tie!

Arrived around 8:45 to check in at 9:00AM in the Gold/Platinum line. We were even able to get our 2 Queen with the iheartradio exodus.

Upgrades may be hard to come by though? Just my guess since inventory of those rooms are lower. I did not ask as I saw DaiLun (sp? Apologize if I spelled that wrong) say in his or her thread that an upgraded would count against ADT because of market room rate against the comp.

Wrong denomination? The 50c game has the better paytable. ;)

And nice quad eights! Too bad you couldn't snag that royal! Maybe tonight!

    I know but that won't stretch $20!

I've been reading you for a while and as an honor here is Grapefuit Scuplin 4.9 sips. Minus 0.1 because I can never get enough.

Haha thanks! Grapefruit is probably their best variant. I had to mix habanero with other beer to finish it. [emoji5] Hot!!!
