Bob Newhart - Smith Centre

I just noticed Bob Newart will be at the Smith Centre when we are in LV in November. One of my favourite comedians of all time. I would like to see him but, the guy is a little on the ancient side now. Has anyone seen him in the last couple years who can tell me if he still has it? I don't want to go strictly for sentimental reasons to see a guy way beyond his prime but, would be great to see if he is stillentertaining.

 

When in November is he there? If he gets good reviews from your post, I'd like to see him as well.
This reminded me of a funny (to some) story. My wife wanted to see an older singer at Casino Rama. I said I'd get her the tickets (comped) but that I was going to gamble and that she should find a friend to go with. She said the show was good and he still had his voice, but he held on to the piano all night like if he let go, he was going to fall.

Thanks for the link. I'll be missing it as well. I'm there a week later. It would have been nice to see one of the greats.

 

He's sharp as ever. Go see this comedy legend. I saw Rickles a couple of times the past 2 years, he's still sharp too. Hard to believe he's 90 and Newhart 87.
