I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but it seems that the more i play the lower offers i get. Case in point. My mlife card. Got one two trips ago first trip stopped at the bellagio played about $300 got an offer for two nights. Took them up on their offer. Stayed the first night got there late so i decided to play my play on one day. the next day I put about 8.5k of play through the slot machines. Not a massive amount but I figured it would be sufficient. weeks later i log onto my mlife account and all of my offers have dissappeared. Strange? Log in a week later the only offer i have is a sun-thurs excalibur offer. My gf has a sapphire card. She played about 1k through the machines and has offers for the mirage, excalibur, and Monte Carlo.
Now the same thing is happening with total rewards. In two trips i went from gold to platinum, then on my last trip I did the platinum in a day to become diamond. My offers in my tot rew account have now dropped to include PH and lower properties. When i was gold i received Caesars and some suites in other properties. Platinum just regular room offers for all properties excluding cromwell. Now that i'm diamond, regular rooms PH and lower. I thought CET rewarded their players for playing? My Gf account is still gold and she has offers for every property including the cromwell. I hope I didn't recently mess up. Haven't played at the venetian for about a year. Went the past week and went from 0 status points to about 25k all slots over a 2 day period which i think represents $2500 in theo. I'll see what happens.

Has anyone else experienced this? What should/can i do?

p.s. Sorry for the long post ..frustrated.:bang:

I'm currently mlife platinum member and I'm currently waiting on some good offers from aria, bellagio and mirage from July/August plays which I understand it could take few months for them to response with their own offers I do receive corporate offers, like 3 nights free typical ones.....

Anyhow, what I suggest you do is... Call the specific hotel VIP services directly - you notice that I will be at Vegas tomorrow... I'm staying mirage 4 nights 5 days ... Which I did not had those offers however when I call them directly they
Gave me 4 nights based on "Regional Q3" etc... Which it didn't show up on mlife and according to them sometimes mlife doesn't show all the "offers" and suggest for me to call if I can't find any good offers.

    Good luck

CET (Las Vegas only, I believe) has recently changed their calculations for theo for slot players.

First of all, theo is calculated on"actual" TC (don't include the bonus).
Second, it used to be TC/2, but on my last trip is was TC/3, so:

if you really did get 25,000 TC (which would be $125,000 of coin in), it would be $12,500 under the old system, and $8300 under the new calculations.

What was your "actual TC", not including bonuses?

even with bonus, it would be a good chunk of play...
5000TC in a day, then 2500TC rhe next, would give 22,500; I think ducc may be confusing RC with TC...

According to what you said, you averaged $4,250/night coin in on slots at Bellagio, which is healthy, you might be stuck between offer cycles.

CET, what you wrote isn't really decipherable, no idea how much you played on your last trip. If you went from 5,000 TCs (minimum for Platinum) to 15,000 (minimum for Diamond), that's a healthy amount of play if you did it within, say, 5 days. But if you started at 10,000, maybe not so much.

Comp availability isn't dependent on tier.

Hi all, Here are the details

At CET I went from: 6458 TC to 16,956 in one day of play. I got the 5k tier credit bonus after playing 2,500 tc. I stayed two days on an offer on my account at Caesars and only played on day two not day one.

At the bellagio I I stayed two days got in at 4am on the second day. Played minimal in the morning then at night put 8.5k of coin in on slots. I think I had $200 of rated play for tables(roulette) I play $50-100 a spin so it dosent last long.

At the venetian I played all 3 days I stayed. first day around 4k status, second day 9k status, third day 12k status. which i looked at their brochure and it said 10 status pts = $1 theo.

Current screen shot of my mlife acc. Iv'e never been to detroit. Haven't been to the beau rivage in about 5 years.

    1) I'm with Chuck on thinking/hoping you might be between mlife offers, the "healthy" ones do tend to come out at specific times. (Early November offers are always my best.)

    2) Are you playing mainly at one mlife location or bouncing around? Hopping can be lethal with mlife, as they're more like a franchise.

    3) have you had any low play/no play trips recently?

    3) Drew had a great point on calling. Many, many people have called and found better offers than what are online.

    4) 4500 coin in a day is right around my level. It gets me really solid promos everywhere...except Bellagio. Aria's given me great promos consistently at this level. Bellagio just gave me a polite raspberry when I played at this level thee two trips ago. :) (though the were very nice and I loved playing there...they just are a little tighter on comps than Aria, at least in my experience.)

    5) no clue on CET/Total rewards, no experience there.

Good luck, I genuinely hope you find some great offers on the phone or coming up.

    thanks I hope so to.

As far as hoping around the last trip at mlife i only played at the bellagio. My first trip there i played at the excalibur, monte carlo and bellagio stayed at the excalibur. Just really weird. If i dont get some meaty offers I'm done with the strip. Will probably take my business elsewhere. Probably give the Orleans and Gold coast some play.

If you only played at Bellagio, I'm hoping/thinking you should get some good comps. My good offers tend to come out the first week of November.

Honestly I'd absolutely done too if I didn't get much with your play, but I'm hoping you get a very nice surprise within a couple of months!!!:D

Ps if they're cruddy to you, and you DO go downtown, checkout urcomped.com. They have a deal with the Golden Nugget.

At first they only could finagle backend comps, but now they can do upfront comps. I haven't used them as (knock on wood) mlife has taken care of me....but I was really impressed with them. I was actually the snitch that turned them onto VMB, but it's only because I think they have a solid service for people looking to break into new casinos and still get comped.

OK, so 2,500 TCs is $12,500 coin in, even averaged over the two nights of your stay, that's plenty. So I can't explain why you wouldn't have plenty of comp availability at CET; you should be able to easily get an Augustus room at Caesars most nights based on that. At least via the availability calendars. Offers in "My Offers" can still lag a month or two.

Looking at your screenshot of your offers, it does look like you're stuck between cycles. They still have you pegged to Excal, you don't have a seasonal Corporate offer at all, and nothing from Bellagio. If you're not in a rush to book your next trip, I'd give it a little more time, MLife is a little sluggish to react. At the point where you want to book, if you still don't see anything, call the hotel you're interested in and see what they say.

From time to time there are people who fall between the cracks for some reason in terms of online offers. It's a systems thing, don't take it personally, it can cause you to get impatient and not take a simple step like waiting a little longer or calling and finding out you have offers.

If you know your play is solid, sometimes it's just a matter of letting the systems catch up. And if they don't, there's almost always a method of having a human look at your numbers.

I know a lot of people don't like to call, but every time I've called MLife VIP services, they can give me a better deal than what is online. I don't even bother looking at what is online for the most part. If you don't already have a host, which I don't, they person on the other end of the call will usually go have the host on duty review your play before booking. Good luck and just ask for what you want.

#1 - all offers are based on play, not card level. Theo/ADT is king. They make offers of xx dollars in hopes of getting all of that and more back from you. It is not a reward, but rather an enticement to come back and "donate".

With that said, offers will always go up and down based on the current management "feeling" or direction even if play is exactly the same. Sometimes they will decide to offer more upfront comps, and the next quarter the accountants get control and them lower them.

There is some anecdotical evidence that casinos will give you more offers when you are newer and slack off some once you are hooked. With every person that says that happened to them, another will say their offers have gone up.

Of course, the time of year, current revenue, occupancy, etc will impact offers overall - not just you.

Still, in the end, see rule #1.
