Are there any clubs or lounges that play the classic disco 70-80's music on the strip?

    Cheers:woot:

I sincerely doubt it. If there were, I think I would know about it. I'm obsessed...

There is a lounge in the Plaza downtown, the band plays the "oldies" music of the 70's.

Cabaret Lounge at Paris usually has a band that plays kinda pop-funk, that's about as close as I can think of.

Not on the strip but at the Plaza Wonderboogie plays disco pretty much every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night at the Omaha Lounge right on the casino floor.

Venetian weekends in that lounge on the way to the sports book. But I haven't been there in a year so don't quote me.

Hey Packer, I've been to that lounge and it was fairly decent.

    Thanks

I would love to find a place that did as well, notwithstanding the fact that I was born in the late 80s lol. Every time I see the movie "Last Days of Disco" I think about how amazing it would be for a club to play music like that in Vegas (while gambling!) ha

I can't believe my wife threw out my Qiana shirt. Went to Studio 54 at MGM on my first trip to Vegas, a fun spot. Next night made it over to Pure. Good times.

hammie, do you still fit into those shirts? I remember those shirts and angel flight pants. That was ages ago and there is NO way that I would ever fit into my old shirts and pants again.

In college I started to get into weight lifting and so I bulked up and never could fit into my old clothes again.

Yes, I did quit a bit of weight lifting after college, 12 oz. curls as it were......it bulked up my midsection and gave me love handles. But my biceps aren't bad. So, my Qiana shirt didn't fit. Never had the flight pants.

That's pretty good, I had that haircut when I was 16, naturally curly hair. But now I have a 4" part and go for a Number 3 at Hair Cuttery.

Tropicana in Atlantic City has a club called Boogie Nights that I have been meaning to try, but never made it.

The lounge in the Venetian is the Bourbon--it doesn't play disco, but 80s videos after 9PM.
