Host change or maybe an upgrade?

Received a unsolicited phone call this morning from a woman who identified herself as an Executive Host with Harrah's and stated that she was now my host. I had previously been dealing with someone at my local casino and had not requested any change. I had only asked her to do one thing for me so I don't think I was too much trouble. Any idea why this occurred? I'd like to think it is because I am just so important that they wanted to assign one of their best people to my account but I doubt that is the case. Maybe because I have visited and given a fair amount of play to casinos outside of my "home?" As always, your expert opinion is welcome.

 

Yes, that is most likely why. I have hosts that I work with in each "market". I have a different host in Reno, Tahoe, and Vegas. Those are the three places I play the most.

 

Yes, your play has now put you with a host. We have a host at each property we have visited and have been told hosts are assigned by regions now. So use the host for whatever your needs are that they are able to help you with........Rick
