Have you ridden/Would you ride "Insanity" at the Stratosphere ? You go out over the edge of the building, 909 ft up. Certainly not for me, but I'd like to hear what others think.

I rode all three of the rides on top of The STRAT 3 years ago. They were all fun. I'd do it again without hesitation.

I rode all three a few years back. I'd do it again if I was with people who wanted to.

Do the Big Shot - you won't get sick because it doesn't spin but it WILL scare the crap out of you. I have done it 4 times.

I have done all the current rides on the Strat including Sky Jump, Insanity was great and I have rode it twice. Sky Jump is such an exciting rush.

Big Shot is my favorite but I haven't done Sky Jump yet. Just seems expensive and I've never had anyone with me who also wanted to do it. This is the same reason why I've never went skydiving in LV. It's on the Vegas Bucket list.

Just realized I didn't answer the poster's question... I thought Insanity was fun in that the anticipation really puts a lump in your throat/stomach/chest. The actual ride I thought was not that hair-raising. I would say sitting in the front car would be the best move.

My wife and I rode it a few years back. Just for reference we both love roller coasters. Head straight for the tallest one as soon as we go in a place like 6 Flags. But this one scared the heck out of me. Glad to say I did it once but 1 time was enough for both of us.
