I like to say I know Vegas well...but I think I need some help from the real experts....YOU GUYS!!!

We are two couples in our late 30’s, we both have plenty of play at all three properties that when we each called our hosts they couldn’t wait for us to come down since I’m gathering it won’t be too busy. So here's the question....We are wondering which property would be best for us. Wynncore Tower suites, Aria Sky suites or Palazzo.

What we are wondering is where we would best fit in putting our gambling aside.

    Here are some of questions.

We want to be able to relax at a pool not be overrun by a frat party.
Food I always give high marks to Venetian/Palazzo because of the size and scale of the property
Amenities are big to us, especially spa and fitness facilities.

    Thanks for the help.

My vote would be Encore. Beautiful rooms, arguably the best restaurants on the strip considering you have Wynn and Encore combined to choose from and the Encore Spa is over the top good. I always keep up my exercise routine and the Encore gym is well equipped and has a lounge area w/ complimentary water and fruit. In the Tower Suites, I believe there is no charge for the gym and you get a complimentary breakfast at Tableau. You'd also have access to the private (to the Wynn and Encore Tower Suites) pool but I actually prefer the Encore European pool....very chill atmosphere with great music. The only negative at Encore is the frat crowd from the Encore Beach Club when it lets out about 5pm.....assuming you'll be there during the Day Club/Pool season. Most of that crew doesn't stay at Wynncore though and they usually pretty quickly disperse.

Dean has it right-he prefers the Encore side-we slightly prefer the Wynn side. You can't go wrong with either. My recommendation would be the Wynn side. The accommodations (at either Wynn or Encore) are terrific and when you're not in your suite you are in the best overall casino resort in the city-luxurious suites and better service than you'll get at Aria or Palazzo. You mentioned the pool and food. The Wynn tower suites pool is usually pretty serene, and so is the Encore Euro pool. Both are very good indeed. The on premises food options at Wynn/Encore are also the best in Las Vegas, whether casual or fine dining. My opinion is that if you can't be happy at Wynn, you're not going to be happy anywhere in Las Vegas and you should hit the Four Seasons in Hawaii instead.

Aria's Sky Suites are very good, but the overall resort is one notch below Wynn/Encore. Palazzo/Venetian is a convention hotel and isn't in the same class of either Wynn or Aria, not even a close call.

Whatever choice you make, you'll be in Vegas-always an excellent pick!

What kind of room can you get comped at Palazzo? If you can get a Siena Suite (or better), I would take that room and the rest of V/P over either Aria or Wynncore, just personal preference.

I would add that I think a big part of your decision will have to include "what is your room and casino décor style"? I prefer the luxury look and over the top decorating at Wynncore but I also like the wood and swanky look at Aria. V/P does nothing for me personally as the rooms to me are too Victorian looking. Seems out of place for Vegas to me, plus being from VA, I'm just over that look. Also the V/P casino to me is pretty bland and the ceilings are too high, but again that's a personal observation. I know there are a lot of people that love that property so again, a lot is going to depend on what you want your environment to be.

Good choice! Everything you wanted and if you need to change up the food choices, Palazzo is right next door.

Sounds like you made a great choice!

My only comment to the contrary... when staying at Aria, you also have easy access to the restaurant line-up at Cosmpolitan. In my mind, this is similar to the access to Palazzo & Venetian while staying at Wynncore.

    Good luck!

I've stayed at all three properties and prefer Wynn/Encore.
