    How are comps decided? I have been to Lake Charles twice over the last 6 months and recently took a friend for her first time. I think she spent maybe 150.00 yet she received a two night stay offer and 15.00 bonus play.
    I have not received anything!
    I would jump at the opportunity to go again with a comp!

    Yes, Golden Nugget's comps are very irrational.

    For Lake Charles it's about avg bet x time played -- high dollar slots valued more than penny for the same play amount...so $3 max bet pennies is not as good as $3 max bet dollars... it doesn't make the most sense because the hold is higher for pennies but that is what my host told me.
