I have read two reports today that the $50 Bar Crawl is no longer being honored at NYNY. If you have purchased this you may want to consider having a back-up reward in your wallet until this issue is resolved.
Are we talking about the Bar Crawl at NYNY by itself? Were they mentioned on this forum? I was looking forward to use it.
If you did purchase it, they have now evidently refunded the appropriate LPs & the reward will no longer display in your wallet.
You are correct.. It's no longer in 'my purchases'. Could they not handle the small cost or is it the line pass? Peps got out of control? Any thoughts as to why they did this?
I believe the info that was sent to official group was issues with redemption. A bit odd since that's just plugging into the computer. The actual crawl itself is still advertised on their own signage at NYNY & being sold to public. My thoughts are that there were no addl drinks being purchased & bar managers complained. But who knows- something odd about it.
My guess, is the reward was worded incorrectly and should have been tied to a stay like the $50PianoBar. Instead of changing it, they removed so they did not have to honor those that got it. Was only up for a very short period.
