It's a bit early, but I'm too excited, so I thought I would open this up... Roll call! Who's showing up? Anyone going to the actual fight? Also: since the fight is being held a the new arena, does anyone know how the availablity of viewing will work at the casinos? You know how when they have fights at MGM, they only show the action at MGM properties via CCTV, but is the new arena "neutral" property and thus open to all casinos to show? Trying to figure out a good viewing party....
Almost all casinos have somewhere on property that will show the fights. Especially for UFC 200. Being at the new arena or MGM doesn't matter. Easiest place to look is: https://bars.ufc.com/ There are a few places that will show it that aren't listed, like Top Golf and that place in Treasure Island. Tickets don't seem to be moving very fast so I'm not sure if they'll have a big viewing party in the MGM ballroom.
We are going. This will be the 5th or 6th UFC fights I have attended but this is the first for my wife. She is excited!
Not going to the card instead watching on a closed circuit party at MB, this card is STACKED and the ticket prices sure show that. If you go off strip some friends of mine are hosting a part at Palace Station, only problem is no betting there due to the Fertittas involvement in the UFC and Station casinos, off the top of my head Tap at MGM, Diablos at MC, Beer Garden at Paris are all showing the card.
My son and I are going. We bet William Hill at either Golden Nugget or Downtown Grand, best odds usually, and you can cash out at either place. ElCortez has viewings of Pay Per View for 1- bucks a person. Nasty casino but who cares, all we want to do is watch the fight! Right now they have Gadelha at 1.38, will probably change closer to fight time I would suspect, but it beats the 1.10 on other betlines. The PPV at Elcortex anyone can go, just ask someone to direct you to the room it is held at. My son would love talking to another MMA person! He is staying at the D and I am staying at Freemont, free is too good to pass up! Good luck to you!
Been planning this trip for UFC 200 since last year. Got lucky with the dates and everything worked out fine. Got a great deal at the Cosmo with a fountain view room, girlfriend and best friend are going. Most likely will not make the fight unless tickets prices plummet, but we always have been planning on watching it at a bar after placing some bets.
Theres still 400-500 tickets left from the venue. Unless there is strong walkup sales, I'd expect ticket prices to come way down on sites like stubhub sometime this week.
The book at the Nugget is not William Hill it is independent so you will not be able to cash a Grand ticket at the Nugget and vice versa. The Plaza, Grand, 4 queens, D, Binions are all William Hill. The boyd casinos are separate as well.
