I need the For Dummies version.

I got this from the McCarran website,

"Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 1
From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 Parking Garage. The Ride Share pick up is located on level 2M of the parking garage."

Once I get to level 2M is it pretty easy to find? Seems someone mentioned having trouble finding the pick-up spot.
    Thanks.

once you walk out the elevators on 2m, you are there...your ride will pull up, get in and go

Yes, it's right by the elevators. You will see it. For some reason drivers sometimes have trouble finding it though.

i got confused finding it too.. because I just like to walk and not follow signs.. (and i did not start at baggage claim) If you are unsure where to go do not request a ride until you know where to go. It only takes the driver a few minutes to reach you sice they are staged somewhere in the airport already..

once you walk across the pedestrian bridge you will come to 4 or 6 elevators, there is a big list on the wall and in the elevators where to go, it will say "ride sharing"...press the button to go up, get in the elevator and press the button for floor 2m... once you walk out onto floor 2m, you are there

At the parking garage in Terminal 1, IIRC (it's Really simple, signs everywhere)
$10-$15...BUT, if you're new (or someone your traveling with is) they can get discounts like CRAZY for new sign-ups for Uber or Lyft..
I literally have spent more more than $25 in ALL my uber/lyft rides in vegas (and that includes airport trips, haha), with all the sign-up discounts my wife and I got.

If your still confused, there is an information desk in the baggage claim area very near the escalators. They pointed the way to the elevators.

If you take the pedestrian bridge over, it is ONE more flight up.
The elevators can be very busy; if you can handle your luggage, you might just walk up the flight.
I was a bit confused at first; we walked over from ground level, elevators were busy so we took stairs. When you walk up 2 flights, you are on the same level as the pedestrian bridge which is ALSO a 2 level. ONE more flight up (shouldn't that be level 3?) is where you catch Lyft/Uber. Obvious once you get to the correct level, but the 2 level 2s is the confusing part.

I just got back and I was still confused when I got there. The elevator in the baggage claim showed the next level up as 3, maybe I looked at it wrong. Or maybe that equates to 2M of the parking garage.

What I did. Followed "Parking" signs to the parking garage, then took elevator up one level to 2M. Stepped out of elevator, Uber is right there, lots of people and cars. Requested my ride, when he was 4 minutes out I called the driver, told him I was "at 2M, first spot on the left at the U-turn." Driver pulled right up to me a few minutes later.

The U-turn is just at the point where the Uber pick-up spots start. Further in things were rather busy with people and cars.

I'm not lazy at all but it sounds like a hike (with luggage) to the ride share area. Making me think maybe the extra $10 or so on a cab might be worth it for us. Also once we land my hubby is so anxious to get to the casinos it's like a mad dash to the taxis lol I don't know if I could keep up further. Definitely for during our stay I'm going to use an uber maybe not from the airport

Does anyone know if an uber or Lyft can make multiple stops? For example, get picked up at the airport and make a quick stop at the liquor store, then drop off at T.I.?
