i remenber at one time all the hotels had 24 hour cafes now it seems there only a select few around and wonder if anyone has some good choices. I usually love to eat something late.

If you are downtown, Dupars is not to be missed. Where else can you have a world famous shrimp cocktail followed by world famous pancakes at 4 am?

ARIA Café . I know I am in the minority but what can I say?

I have eaten there about 20 times and never been disappointed. Atmosphere is fantastic with the airport windows especially in the mornings.

By law every casino has to have some kind of food option 24/7. So whether it's a cafe or deli or whatever they call it if there is a casino there will be something to eat.

I sure miss the 24 hour cafes. I guess I am in the minority too, but I don't want food court nor do I want chain restaurant over rated food, usually over priced too.
Good old Ellis Island can always be counted on for their café. I assume it is open 24 hours?

But, the buffet would be open then, thus 24/7 food options.

You are correct Ty, buffet opens at 7 AM. OP seemed to be more interested in cafe style dining.

Then across the walkway to Market Street in the Cal. So close to my trip now. It's been longer than normal.

I'll put in a good word for Cafe At Bellagio. Not cheap but always been good, either for breakfast at the usual time or overnight.

American Cafe at Caesars has been good my last 2 trips.
    Grand Lux - always good.
Cafe at Aria - I liked it and nice atmosphere.

On a side note: Boy do I miss the Victorian Room!

Just to clarify, there doesn't have to be a single place that's open 24 hours, just as long as there is at least one place open at any given time.
