I received a happy birthday email from Treasure Island. No offer, just the birthday greeting. In fine print at the bottom: "This email is intended for WWGB, PC#12345678 and is non-transferable. Offers received in error are not valid. Guests must be invited TI Players Club members and at least 21 years of age to participate. TI reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time." So I guess they are under no obligation to wish me a happy birthday next year.

A Human Error typo of your email address of just one letter or number off and it could
be sent accidentally to an unintended person. They're just covering their A$$es!

Most of the hundreds of offers I have received have similar wording on them.

Of course, in this case your entire offer consisted of a Happy Birthday greeting. LOL!
