2.1M credits and it hit one bonus on China Mystery for 8 spins and 35,000 credits (15,000 bet). Woohooo!!

Also playing mobile, and I had several hits and ran my credits up to 180M. Sadly, they quit paying "Loyalty" credits. This site is a scam.

    Stay away.

The Google Play version has this restriction. You may want to try the app from Amazon,

LP's have a limit per day as what you can win.

Not a scam, but just like real life slots. Not a bad deal for paying nothing!!!

I play the mobile game on a iPad and I frequently will earn 10-20,000 LPs in a day. I've never run into a limit in earning from play. The Facebook version limits you to 2000 LPs per day from the run of play (not counting level up bonuses.)

    Can you say rip off?

So I purchased 2.3M credits for $19. Playing from 3,000 to 120,000 credits per spin (mostly 6,000 - 30,000) I did not get one bonus in 2 different games. This system sucks. Never again.

MyVEGAS sucks. Save your money and just pay for the services you get in Vegas. This site just pisses me off as it doesn't even allow you to play.

    My 2ยข.

I agree, and that is why I haven't bought chips in about two years now. Live and learn, I suppose.

Well, just like slots in real life, if it's not playing, then take a break. How many LPS did you earn? I get not hitting a bonus, but the whole point of the game is LPS for rewards. In the years since the game began, my Facespace and Google Play records show I've spent $63 on my account and $5 on hers (I've spent zero on the Amazon version since I switched ages ago and nothing on my account in well over a year). Conversely, I've redeemed/will redeem over $700 in comps/freebies in the first half of this year alone.

I can complain about the declining rewards all day, but I'd much rather spend money on a game with kickback than either scrap rewards credits or nothing at all. It's a shame the game is frustrating you, but that's exactly why I wouldn't spend more than a few bucks at a time on it, and why I largely won't buy them now.

Should do this in the first place: its nice to get extra freebies and stuff with MyVegas, but to play for them specifically usually won't work out (maybe it did more in the old days when the game was new and they hadn't "fine tuned it" as much as today)

We've got 2 tickets to Love, $100 off the Gospel Brunch, $121 off our Monorail tickets, $100 free play and we've still got 1 reward each to cash in.

And we got even more out of our last visit.

We've never put in a penny. Doesn't sound like a scam to me!

With 2.3M in chips you were betting up to 120K on some spins? It sounds more like you were just lighting your money on fire.

Even if we look at your more realistic range of 6000-30000 chips per spin I think the problem is more a lack of perspective than anything else.

Consider: if you have 2,300,000 in chips and are betting 30,000 per spin thats the real life equivalent of going to the casino with $100 in your pocket and betting $1.50 per spin... if you are doing that you aren't going to be expecting to be there all night long playing, are you?

Yes, you could hit a nice big juicy win and play off that for a few hours, but by the numbers you are going to go through your entire bankroll one time in about 10 minutes so more realistically you would get about 20-30 minutes of play and then be busto and its time to go home... and thats what happened to you online: you played at a "go big or go home" level of betting and in this case you went home.

I know 2,300,000 seems like a lot of chips, but at the 30,000 bet level it only takes 76 spins to go through your bankroll one time and thats just not giving the game enough time for you to "get lucky" and hit some big wins or to catch a bonus.

Again we consider: most games with an average bonus, the bonus comes up about once every 80-100 spins - in real world terms that means you should hit the bonus about once every 8-12 minutes of play - thats what the slot manufacturers have the designed the games to play at so you should get a bonus about 5-8 times an hour of play.

However, China Mystery is a high volatility game, both online and in the real world, and as such the bonus comes up more like half of that...

So back to your play: that means you had probably a 30-50% chance, at the 30,000 bet level with 2.3M in chips, of hitting the bonus before you would have gone through your bankroll one time - not very good and being that its a high volatility game you really needed some luck on your side to get an extended amount of play.

And just to add on to all that: I made references to online and real life, but this is an online play money game and another issue there is that the online play money games play and pay worse than their real world counterparts and thats because the online games are designed around the idea that the player has an unlimited bucket of money because every few hours they give you more free chips (plus gifts and bonuses).

And it is because of that unlimited bucket of money that the online play money games have to play a lot stingier than their real world versions: while lots of players play normally, there are also players who play in a "big money maker mode" and they have to design the games so that those players can also go broke - there was a point where I had over 300,000,000 chips in MyVegas and eventually lost it all, but since then I've been up to 20-30M a few times and right now I'm sitting at about 15 million chips - and never once did I buy any chips.

So in the end, yes the games online, on MyVegas and other sites, are cheap and stingy, but with your betting you also made a few mistakes and the two combined is why you blasted through those 2.3M in chips.

See, I disagree. I've saved a ton in Vegas playing this game. Better still, the original plan for my SO was to just have enough to get the show tickets, but in about a half year's time, without having a bunch of friends, she went way past that and was able to get a buffet and the NYNY drink credit (we didn't get to use it, though). Point is, without any chips purchased during that time, she was able to rack up a bunch of LPs to get rewards to pad our Vegas trip. No hard labor, no crazy bankrolls and losses...just a little game on the computer and phone that has its own level of fun. If the choice is between playing Candy Crush or myVegas, it's simple for me. It's the same reason I have loyalty cards to places I frequent. Why pay for it I can get it as a reward? YMMV.

Sorry, you are correct: I worded my reply horribly and what I meant to say was that buying chips and then playing and trying to earn rewards usually doesn't work out or has other possible issues that can come up.

The most basic, of course, is going to be something like spending $20 to buy chips and playing so you can get a 2-for-1 buffet coupon where the value of the prize is very close to the cost to win it and then you don't even know if the pass is going to be available as a prize when it comes time for you to redeem.

And then a common catch is: what do you do if your time is running out before your trip and you just went broke on the site but you are sooooooooooo close to having enough points for another reward? Do you buy more chips? or just hope you can make it? or let the value of those chips have to wait until next trip?

I have been playing this game for 3 or 4 years now and have never spent a penny of real money. Sometimes you have to be patient and wait for the daily bonuses. I have won close to a million loyalty points and have used close to 400,000 for some good stuff in Vegas. May not have as many great deals as they had at first...but not a scam!
(going to LV in two weeks and have 2 dinner buffets and a show lined up for FREE!)

Oh for sure, I totally agree with you on buying chips to get a reward. Not a good idea in the least. Before I developed any "strategy", we mainly just bought chips because we liked playing the game. Other than doing the 5M for $5 on her account (darn good deal, in my book), I learned long ago that buying chips isn't necessary. While I've benefited from us buying chips for my account early on, because I get the 4th MLife reward, the reason I haven't bought any more for my account is because once I learned to log in everyday and get all the chip shares and check e-mails and notifications (that last part is admittedly almost a recent thing for me), there was no point. That fourth reward is great, and considering it only cost me $63 over all of these years, it's quite a bargain.
