Completed my Vegas trip just over a week ago and am curious when I'll see the CET points reflected on account. I booked two rooms so I'm hoping for a healthy some of points :)

In the past, it's seemed really quick but then again I'm checking TR ever day so I can plan my next trip in June. I think I caught the Vegas bug.

    Thanks!

Not shocking. I wrote a rant about how much I hate them right now but it is probably off topic so I deleted it hahaha. So my 'helpful' advice is maybe try calling, but that would be customer service and CET has been terrible for me in that department. ;)

I've had good luck with them. Plus you can go to the Total Rewards desk and they are always helpful. But, damn...I want those points!

It sounds petty but it isn't one thing, it was a snowball effect of bad service when it comes right down to it. I had zero luck there and the TR desk was a gong show.
I got fed up and had wandered into Cosmo. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I didn't win anything good but I gambled for hours on my $300 I had for each session. (I would do one in the am and one in the pm, with a little walking around gambling money) I'd say I spent about half at Cosmo, so gambling out of my pocket dollars was equal. I got zip at Caesars and we were paying 200/night with resort fees there as well. Cosmo just got my play. I had super friendly service even a guy came to see if I was winning, I think his name was Fadel. No idea what he does but super nice guy. No lines at the rewards desk. I got 2 free buffets, and email the next day with $95 in identity play and then 30 in identity play that I earned with my points. I ended up with 3700 tier points there. I got an email offer yesterday for 4 days in a 1 bedroom terrace room for free and $285 in identity play. I am back in May so I booked 1 night and upgraded to a fountain view for $20. Wayne Newton's show just got announced today so I just rebooked my flight and added a day at Cosmo. Both times I called reservations they were super friendly as well. It is just a night and day difference.
I am not a person who tends to request or demand things. I am pretty low key and polite and to just get treated like garbage at Caesars totally put me off. If I hadn't walked in to Cosmo I am not sure I would be going back to Vegas even though my trip in May is ridiculously awesome haha. I have 4 days of bingo tournaments in summerlin 2 at Red Rock and 2 at suncoast then 2 at Cosmo with free play and I am going to go see my most secret idol at Bally's. (My boycott didn't last lone, it is Wayne Newton, what can I say lol)

What it really came down to is one casino wanted me there and the other made me feel unwelcome. That is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Also, Jerry's Nugget for a play and 'lose slowly and get treated well' was great too. It feels like a local casino here, not overdone and loud. Just decent food, good people, felt safe (unlike silver sevens) and their rewards added up fast too. I don't think I actually lost money there, played 3 games of bingo at $100 a pop, ate and played slots for a few hours and hit 800 points, I needed 1000 on the day of signing up for 100 in freeplay, but getting a cab took forever and by the time I got to 800 the cab showed up :/. It's only a mile from downtown and was worth the trip. I went for the bingo, but it was a good day there.

Looks like I'll be checking out Cosmo :)

Sorry about your experience! CET is a little give me your money and shut-up about things. They recently lowered the comp rooms I get on weekends in AC. I used to get any room I wanted now it's limited to the crappier rooms. Nothing about my play has changed either. But, alas, I play there because where else would I get free rooms that transfer over to Vegas. I could mix it up with Trop and Cosmo but I don't like staying in one place and CET gives me the freedom of collecting wherever I go.

Yeah, I might if I had that option but I live in Canada and ours aren't linked.. one in ontario maybe. But even then in my city, the closest casino is 20 minutes out of town so I never go. We hardly have bingo either. super weird. Just moved from a city with awesome bingo and casinos all over. Which is why Vegas is getting more appealing.. until I get there. Also, I was thinking last night that I probably sound 80.. all into bingo and wayne newton and loud machines hahahaha. I am going to vegas to party like a grandma wooo! hahaha
I think just as I get older and travelling is less of a luxury now, I am less willing to put up with bad service. Even my 'nice' room wasn't a treat so it didn't make up for the condescension, long lines and nickle and diming. I am not treated like I am wanted there so they don't need my money. I will spend it where I am. And for me, that was Cosmo. Will see how Red Rock and Suncoast fare in that regard. The drive through Summerlin did appeal to us more. It was scenic and quiet and felt less cheesy. We were watching the Gondola rides and couldn't stop laughing. So romantic when everyone in the mall is watching you. Although I was annoyed there too. We bought food and then asked the girl at the till where we could sit and eat, and with unbelievable attitude she actually snarked at us that she has "no idea, go ask security." :|
