Did anyone get asked to complete a survey regarding their CET host?

I just got and completed a survey from CET regarding my most recent stay and my experience ( or should I say lack of) with my host. Hopefully some of you got yours and gave your input. From what I've been reading here there hasn't been too many good experiences with CET hosts.

 

I got this survey after a stay at Harrah's Cherokee. I completed it because my host there is pretty good. I would not have completed it if I had complaints. Those surveys are not anonymous. If I had a serious enough complaint about a host I'd contact his/her boss directly.

 

Yes, I get them a couple times a year.

 

We get them all the time but I love our host so it's always a very positive feedback.

 

I get one every 6 months ago. I use Hunter as my host and always give him top marks. I've never had any issues, though I don't usually ask for anything

 

I get one every trip. My hosts treat me very well and I make sure that CET knows it.

 

I get them every trip I think and got two for the last trip, Cromwell and Paris. Both had the section about your host.

I really like my host and have no complaints so he always gets top marks.

 

After a useless host followed by an absolute, totally incompetent failure, no surveys were sent following our stays. The next host/CE who was great and was given great reviews. This is probably why she got a full host position in another casino group. She deserved it.

Her replacement has been excellent too. He rated good reviews too. For his sake, he deserves to be promoted.

 

I've gotten them twice asking me about my Ballys host. It lists his name but I've never heard of him and didn't know I even HAD a host at Ballys. Once about 2 years ago a host on duty came up and introduced himself but it wasn't the person on my survey. The survey did say if I didn't know that host was I familiar with another one so I entered hubby's hosts info. We met with her once last year, after getting my survey about the other guy and I asked her if she could be my host too, it would make more sense for us to have the same one. She said I needed to send her a request explaining that I make the travel plans and it would be easier for us to have the same host, She had to turn the request in to her supervisor and then schedule 3 consecutive trips through her.

 

Make sure to read the survey because when I receive them the survey doesn't always contain the name of my host but rather a casino executive.
The casino executive we used once and he was f-ing useless and gave him a bad bad survey.
We recently returned from a trip arrange via our normal host and just received a survey.
When I read the name, it was the casino exec and not our regular host.
