Just curious about some favorite (Maybe off the radar) breakfast spots on the strip for our trip next week.. We like to rise early, grab coffee at Sambalatte then take a walk to breakfast. We walk everywhere so entire strip is in play for us...

For a nicer breakfast I like Mon Ami Gabi. For value I like the special at Cheesburger LV inside the Miracle Mile shops. $6 gets you eggs any way, meat, hash browns and toast. Then there is always Earl of Sandwich for a tasty breakfast sandwich.

I've not been there myself but have read great things about Bouchon at Venetian.

    Bouchon
    Shadow Creek clubhouse
    Omelet House Summerlin

Oops, my bad. Missed the bit about on the Strip. Sorry. Forget the last two.

This last time, in Paris, we just opted for a croissant and coffee from downstairs...something light.

How-ev-ah, if you want a good upper body work-out using the forks to curl heavy weights, there's always Hash House a-go-go (we ate there once). It's more gimmicky than anything else. Isn't there a finite amount of food the stomach can tolerate (not being a fan of "can I get a box, please). Another entertaining spot is The Peppermill (been there a couple of times). This is where we go if, indeed, we want to be somewhere other than the hotel for breakfast. It's good stuff, man...the furnishings - and to a degree, the patrons - are entertaining.

    Thanks for the Info...
I've actually been to HH a go go and had the famous fried chicken eggs Benedict... It was delicious but about 3 times as much food than I needed!
Peppermill is on the list for this trip!

I think so, but I don't drink the stuff so can't say for absolute sure. They have mimosas and bloody marys on special though.

Ah yes, Peppermill, that's another good one. They also serve about 3X more food than required, so be forewarned.

Yes the special at Cheeseburger includes coffee. Great value for a quick breakfast.

Oh so many choices: Ellis Island, Peppermill, Hash House A Go Go, La Salsa Cantina, Earl of Sandwich, Backstage Deli, Beach Cafe at Tropicana.

Bouchon at Venetian (Venetia Tower) - they even make their own jam.

My favourite breakfast spot is on the patio at Terrace Point Cafe. Looking forward to trying Jardin in Encore.
I also really love the breakfast at Aria Cafe. They have a Greek omelette that I dream about.

I spend a lot on breakfast. I love eating breakfast out but it only happens on vacation!

I love eating breakfast in Vegas as well. I'll 2nd the option of Aria Café. I think that place is very under rated. Great food and pretty good service every time I've been. I also love Peppermill. Another great choice is Roxy's Diner in The STRAT . Stumbled on this place one morning (literally stumbling drunk) and it was FABULOUS food. Also under rated. Enjoy!

Interesting I was searching for the breakfast diner at SLS. I went there maybe a year ago and forget the name. Looks like it's gone ?

If you have a car, my favorite place is Carlitos. They just moved, but I still love their breakfast burritos. They have specials on wednesdays and sundays.

If you have a car I would suggest M.T.O. Café downtown. It is very good.

My recommendations are Della's at Delano and Tom's Urban at NYNY. Tom's is great because they serve breakfast all day which is great for late-risers like me.

It changed over to Northside Cafe for whatever reason.
