I was surprised to receive a mailer offer from Beau Rivage. It included:

RT Airfare for $40 (Sun Country)
    Complimentary Shuttle to/from airport
    $200 in Freeplay
    $40 in Freeplay
    3 Nights Comped

Dates are Wed-Thu-Fri, returning on Saturday. Of course I called and booked. Have never been to Beau Rivage. Anyone have experience with them? The website looks great. I am Mlife Pearl and about 12,000 pts away from Gold so I hope I can reach it this trip. Recently returned from a 5 night stay at Mirage in February and jumped from Sapphire to Pearl during this trip. Maybe that had something to do with receiving this offer. Regardless...I am excited.

I take this trip all the time and have 2 booked now. It is a great trip we take it 3 to 4 times a year. It is harder to earn tier credits in Biloxi because you earn less than in Vegas. They buses are waiting when you get there and take you to the BR about 20 minute ride. Where are you flying from?

The Beau is very nice, like a mini Bellagio with a sea view but without the high end dining. I would go back any time.

My offer was $40 free play and $439 RT from Harrisburg plus free shuttle to/from the airport per person. 3 nights.

I'm a CET person and obviously give Mlife very little action. Too bad as it sounds fun. We thought about it but will pass as the flight didn't get to the casino until late night and left around 1 PM on the return trip. That effectively only gave us 2 good days at the resort for about one thousand dollars. I barely spent that for my week in Vegas, including airfare, car, rooms & meals.

Someday we hope to get to Biloxi. Thanks for the information.

I have been there once and we really liked it and the surrounding area. I would say if you can go for that price go without thinking about it.

I was just there on same offer this past weekend. Bad better luck at hard rock slots next door but did have a good time at both properties. Deffinately take up this offer if it works for you.

Tier credits are harder to earn at beau but Xpress comps acrrue Quicker then Vegas properties I was told by a host.

Don't bother going to check out Scarlett pearl tight ass casino there!

Yeah, tier credits in Mississippi accrue at 1/5th the rate of Vegas; BS if you ask me. As for the express comps, I would be surprised on that, unless he's referring to fewer (or no) specialty slots, or EC and point play multiplier days (Gold Strike in Tunica have those 2X a week).

And even I got an offer!

For $329 per person, your offer includes:
    - Round-trip airfare for two (from STL)
    - Hotel accommodations
    - Round-trip shuttle from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport
    - $40 FREEPLAY® per person

I think they sent something out to anyone with an MLife card this year. :evillaugh

I have done this package many times. I have even driven up to 3 hours to another airport other than ATL to avoid the 6+ hour drive. Of course, last month I did the long drive because I just like the Beau that much.

I would not hesitate to go----I usually rent a car to get to golf courses, local seafood joints, etc.

    I highly recommend this junket-----

We just got back from one of these junkets and we're going again in May. We have been to the Beau many times and love it there. Ours was the $40 pp, last one from Harrisburg (a three hour drive for us) and the next one is from Allentown ( one hour away). I would not hesitate on taking them up on the offer. What can you lose except your bankroll?

I agree on the express comps. The last 2 trips I have earned enough to pay for a steakhouse dinner, a room service meal and a meal at the Terrace restaurant, which was around $200, and since they use EC before giving any extra comps it was enough to take care of all room charges without talking to host.

Just got back from Biloxi 2 weeks ago on one of these offers. We had the best time! Cant wait to go again!
I was disappointed in the rate that you earn TC though. Super super low.

I get these offers every month or so and want to use one, they just never work into my schedule well. I will get there sometime though. It will probably me a nice change of pace for my wife and a chance to get away from some of this Wisconsin winter.

Yeah thankfully ours was a Thursday-subday offer made it easy to say yes to that. Hate taking off too many week days for gambling trips lol.

I also would get these from time to time. Only took advantage once, and it was for New Orleans. I like to budget my gambling funds, but we love NOLA and it's food, so decided, why not, let's go! Harrahs in New Orleans is nice too! Airfare for 2, transportation, room for a weekend. Since it was an unplanned trip, I played relatively conservatively and still had my most winning trip...ever. Kind of sad realizing that, haha.

I have been thinking about going on one of these. I get them for the Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas. I can't remember which area goes out over the weekend. I might take them up on their offer in the near future.

I think that my last trip to Biloxi over the 3 days I earned 12,000 to 15,000 TC. My last trip to Vegas I gambled an hour at Aria and an hour at Bellagio and earned around 12,000TC.
But in Vegas you don't get EC for table games anymore.

Have a great time. We spent 5 days in Biloxi last week. (IP and Hard Rock) The Beau will be our destination on our next trip in May. I think you will enjoy the BR. We always do. Lucky for us it is only a 2.5 hour drive to Biloxi.

I've stayed at The Beau 4X. Last time I was there was for a NYE Concert. Midnight - New Years 2010 - The B-52's played a concert.
That night I won almost $16K in Freeplay on the last Freeplay give-away event of the year. It was a Total Shocker! I need to go back!
    HAVE FUN!
