Hi, I have a question regarding Casino Host .I do my gaming at various M Life properties but I get property specific offers from one casino that are better,Super Bowl party,Slot tournrys etc.I get an email saying that I have a host assigned to me.One day, I contacted him to see if he could match another M Life offer, but he said my offer was better ,so I took the better offer at that time.Since I contacted the host,I no longer see any offers from that casino, just the M Life offers in my account.I am just wondering if a host can remove those special offers,or would he give me the same offers directly? Thanks for any input.

Your question confuses me a lot... But I've been enjoying my Saturday morning with $10 unlimited mimosas

Host from Mlife or the other casino contacted you? Are you saying Mlife rescinded offers they previously had for you?

There might be a connection between you being assigned a host, and offers for that property not showing up online in your MLife account. I used to see this happen, but not recently.

However, it should not mean that no offers exist for that property. You should be able to call VIP Services at that casino, or email your host, to find out what offers you have. A host can book you on an offer, and can even possibly increase the number of nights, if they know your bankroll supports it.

Thanks Chuck for your insight. I am not a High Roller so I do not expect much in way of comps. Also,I am happy with my Mlife offers to date ,feel they are generous enough. And as far dealing with a host, I feel more comfortable talking to VIP services, rather than dealing with a host.

I believe there is a connection between having/utilizing a host at a specific property and having the property offers disappear. I have a host a MB and never have any MB offers. However when I contact the host the offers greatly exceed corporate offers and are better than other property specific offers in my account. In contrast my buddy never uses a host (his play is less than mine) and he gets MB offers with several nights comped.

With the sad state of the MLife website I often see offers disappear or reappear without explanation so I don't think it is related to you contacting a host.

I always call VIP services at whichever properties I'm considering and they usually have a better offer or rate than anything on the website.
