Wanting to find out what would be the best steakhouse? I'm looking for the best tasting steak more than just atmosphere. It's going to be our one big dinner choice while in Vegas for a short trip. Thanks!

Can't speak on any of the others, but I really like Vic & Anthony's, and eat there every trip.

Hope that you have a great meal, and trip, wherever you end up eating.

Is there are reason you picked these as your top 3 choices? I only ask because there are some other amazing ones in Vegas: SW, CUT, StripSteak, and CraftSteak. not to mention some of the independents and downtown offerings.

No not really. I've had SW and Prime but was just wanting to try something different. Of the others CUT, StripSteak or CraftSteak which would you say has best taste?

As far as I'm concerned there are no BEST. It can be pretty subjective. With that being said, there's a darn good TravelZoo deal currently for BLT steakhouse. We used this for our February trip and had a great steak with very solid service. Have a great trip!

I have been to BLTs three times because they always have an offer on Groupon or Travelzoo. Right now it is on Travelzoo:

    http://www.travelzoo.com/local-deals/las-vegas/restaurant/213179/

They are really good. Usually the deal is buy $100 gift card for $79 and if it pops on Groupon you can wait for an additional discount. I have gotten it for $54 in the past and hoping it pops up again, but the dinner choices on the Travelzoo deal look pretty awesome too if you can eat that much!

I've eaten at CUT & Craftsteak, and have been back to CUT multiple times.

Expensive, but worth every penny, imo.

I would pick Charlie Palmer Steakhouse, because the quality is top-notch while still being a great deal. You could also go to the Circus Circus Steakhouse, which is also excellent and pretty much the only redeeming feature of that hotel.

We ate at BLT the first year they were open. Both our steaks were seared so much that the seared flavor was all you could taste. We'll have to give it another chance to see if that was just an off night.

I also see on Bally's website that they offer $15 off if you stay two nights at Bally's. Do you think they would allow this in addition to the Travelzoo offer?

Good taste! Probably my top 2 choices as well. N9NE never fails to impress, though I haven't visited in a few years. Really, it is very difficult to go wrong with any of the top-tier steakhouses.

You've listed three solid choices. I've had great meals at all of them. Go with whichever one is convenient for you according to your location that evening. Having to cross town to go to dinner can be a hassle.

This. The steakhouses are all generally pretty good in LV. For me it would be convenience. We could argue all day over one casino's steakhouse vs another but in the end it's steak and its yummy:)

BLT Steak is converting the menu to Gordon Ramsey new sous chef from this season. The food was excellent there in February

We will be in Vegas for our 20th Wedding Anniversary in May and are planning on dinner at Charlie Palmer that night. However, that Travellzoo deal at BLT is making me think twice, especially since we will be staying at Bally's on the night in question. Perhaps what we will do is look up the Cut of the Week Deal on line the day before, if we like what it is, stick with CP, if not, switch to BLT.

We're not going to Las Vegas until the end of April.
Do I have to decide now (soon)? Can I wait until the end of the month?
Especially for Travelzoo deals, do they ever sell out?

Yes. They do sell out. I was a little slow on the trigger for a Travelzoo offer last year and when I went to make the purchase it had sold out.

Can someone explain the TravelZoo deal? It looks like you get 49% off but of what? Is this a predefined order / menu you have pick form in order to use the discount? I don't want to go to a restaurant and feel like I'm eating from a prescribed list of food just to save a couple of bucks. I feel like the whole experience is in picking things that best match your palette. Haha, I'm hoping I'm way off here.
